JConcepts have announced the release of their all new Illuzion bodyshell for the Jammin X1-CRT truggy. The Illuzion body features a stadium truck style that combines hard edge racing lines with a front hood scoop. The roof of the body has been dramatically wedged or “Illuzionized” for that aggressive look. While the rear of the body has been designed for extra bed durability.

Pro Line have extended their pre mounted range of off road buggy tires to include the very popular M2 Crime Fighter and M2 Bow Tie tires. Coming pre glued on yellow Velocity wheels, it ensures you have more time for tuning your car and spend less time doing tire prep. All tires come with Pro Line insert and are also available mounted on white Velocity wheels.

OK, i know i shouldnt fall for this but i have covered all the other news from Piktor regarding their Rush 2 and so i shall continue by showing a tease shot of the bodyshell from this super hyped buggy. The bodyshell appears, from the picture, to be relatively standard with the only major difference being the front, which coincides with the fact the the front of this car is completely different from other buggies and the fact that it will come with a mounted front wing. We will know more when they show the full body.

Panther have released a new off road tire suitable for Stadium Trucks. Called the Switch 2.0, this tire is dialed-in for indoor clay and blue groove tracks, so mostly US tracks then.
Fits 2.2†truck wheels. The Switch 2.0 center bars will give you the forward bite you need and the square lugs on the sides will give you the steering you need. Like the other Switch 2.0 designs this tire will be the hot ticket on the indoor clay and the blue grove tracks.

A while back we showed you the Atomic Carbon S4 which at the time was under development and because of that we werent able to see the bodyshell which was still in the prototype stage. Well with the new season fast approaching, former European Champion Chris Doughty who will drive the S4 this year has taken some pictures of his new ride complete with the all new S4 bodyshell. Similar to the Durango bodyshell, in the fact that it has not side pods, the S4 shell features two huge air scoops at the front that will be used to rush air into the electrics to keep them cool.

Through Mirage Racing, RS Falcon have announced the release of this .28 truggy motor. It just shows the growing competitiveness of the truggy class when competition engine manufacturers are making motors specifically for it. This seems like a very nice motor, from the same stable as Ninja and Boss, and features some very cutting edge internals as you would expect from a motor with big names like GRP and Mario Rossi behind its design.
