Marc Valero wins Catalan Pro10 Championship

The final round of the 2017 Catalan Pro10 Championship was held last weekend and it was Isaac Amorós who won at the season finale. However it was Marc Valero who ended the 8-race series on top, snatching the back-to-back championship while Jaime Lacuesta, who missed the final round, completed the championship in 3rd overall. With an ever rising number of entries at the races, the top positions were fiercely fought for with drivers such as Sergio Lacuesta or Raul Carmona also battling for the top spots and the family team of Jaume and Jordi Creus becoming a steady force in the championship.

RDRP B64 aluminium steering rack

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced their new aluminium steering rack for the Team Associated B64 1/10th 4WD buggy. It is a direct replacement for the brittle standard composite part, machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and it comes blue or black anodised. AME BD8-series Aluminium Backbone

Following AME’s carbon fibre backbone for the Yokomo BD8-series touring cars comes an aluminium variant. The part has been developed and tested in cooperation with the Yokomo Factory Team in Stock and Modified classes and it will change the handling of the chassis by reinforcing the rear chassis section. The results are improved stability, drivability and corner speed in nearly all track conditions, from low to high grip carpet or asphalt, with the alloy part offering even more rigidity compared to the carbon fibre brace. The backbone is machined from high-quality aluminium and it is usable with the BD8 2017, 2018 and SV.
