Exotek 22 3.0 laydown gearbox conversion

Exotek 22 3.0 laydown gearbox conversion

Available for pre-order now is Exotek’s laydown gearbox conversion for the TLR 22 3.0 buggy. The machined alloy 3 gear box makes for precise running gears, it is light of weight yet strong enough to stiffen up the chassis and rear tower for improved consistency on high-grip tracks. The low centre of gravity arrangement also makes all gears running in a straight line for a smoother running idler gear while the alloy material reduces motor temperatures as it acts as a heatsink. Also incorporated into the design is a slightly raised gear diff position which helps when running lower ride heights. The set will include a black anodised aluminium gearbox, an alloy lightweight motor plate, delrin gear cover, a hinged, lightweight carbon fibre battery mount as well as alloy waterfall spacers, a chassis drill template, hardware and full instructions. Targeting experienced modellers the set will become available around mid-April.
