Hudy 10mm Set-up Board Spirit Level & Adjustable Feet

With its set-up boards among the most popular in racing, Hudy has released this Spirit Level & Adjustable Feet set for its 10mm board. When setting up your car, having a flat surface to work on it is very important to have an accurate set-up reading from your set-up station and other set-up tools. These Hudy Adjustable Set-up Board Feet allow for an independent height adjustment of each corner of the set-up board, to accommodate for the surface that the set-up board sits on. The supplied bubble lever serves as the guide for using the feet adjustments. The feet are black anodised, and laser engraved for a clean and efficient look with a 2.0mm Allen wrench used for adjusting the height of the feet. The spirit level & feet come in a handy compact storage box with a foam insert, to protect the tool during transportation.

Reedy Sonic 1525 Micro Brushless Motors

With parent company Team Associated entering the 1:28 competition market last year with the release of the RC28R, electronics brand Reedy has announced its new Sonic 1525 Micro Brushless Motors. With input from their racing team and customers, the Reedy development team has created this powerful design that features the latest brushless motor technology along with the engineering experience that is responsible for 30 World Championship titles. Also suitable for 1:24, and other micro vehicles intended for competition use, at 25mm long and 15mm in diameter, the Sonic 1525 weighs in at 17 grams and is available in 2500k, 3500kV, 4500kV, and 5500kV variants.

Tamiya Group C Series Round 2 – Report

Round two of the all-new Group C Series took place last weekend, once again on the wonderful Vallelunga track. The race saw a repeat of entries compared to the season opener, despite some last minute deficiencies. The field proved to be competitive as ever, and at the end of controlled practice, qualifying and finals the gap between drivers was tiny. Riccardo Acciari would eventually come out as overall winner, followed by Magnocavallo and Emiliano Bartolini pushing TQ Alessandro Bagagli off the podium finishing third overall.

Team Associated YZ-10 Classic Kit

Team Associated brings another Classic kit to market, the YZ-10 Classic their take what was originally the legendary 870c 1:10 4WD Buggy that was designed and released by Japanese brand Yokomo in 1988.. The YZ-10 Classic is an updated version of the previously released YZ-10, originally introduced in the late 1980s and re-released again this past year, carrying forward the same performance-focused features that made it a champion on the track. This classic RC buggy retains all the hallmarks that made the YZ-10 famous, including its competition-ready design, off-road capability, and precision handling, while incorporating the iconic white and gold color scheme inspired by the original Team Associated RC10 buggy. Xray X4 ’26 2.0mm Carbon Upper Deck

Xray has released this optional one-piece 2.0mm top deck for their X4 ’26 1:10 Electric Touring Car. Machined from high-grade USA made carbon material, the shape of the top deck has been specifically designed to achieve maximum traction and great steering characteristics at the same time. The one-piece top deck features milled holes for special tweak-free top deck screws and works with the centre layshaft location in the middle of the chassis. As a set-up option it is mainly recommended for low to medium grip conditions as the top deck increases the chassis flex, which helps generate more mechanical grip. Initial steering response is reduced, making the car more forgiving to drive. Featuring milled holes for special tweak-free top deck screws it works with the centre layshaft location in the middle of the chassis. The top deck can be connected to the motor mount using several screw mounting configurations.

SuperRad SR-105 SuperWing PAF Oval Wing

New from US body shell producer SuperRad comes this SuperWing PAF oval wing. Intended for 1:10 and 1:12 Oval racing use, the molded polycarbonate centre section provides extra stability. Front and rear wickerbills can be trimmed as needed to achieve required downforce levels. Available in 5.5” or 6.5” lengths each comes with included nylon hardware. SuperRad will shortly offer the black wing mounts (visible in mounted photo) as a separate purchase.

LensBodies Ghibli 3 Electric Touring Car Body

Italian body shell producer Len Bodies has introduced its new Ghibli 3 for 190mm 1:10 Electric Touring Car racing. The latest version of body is a development of the 2 previous versions of the Ghibli with Lens Bodies claiming the 3 gives the right rear grip with a lot of traction and corner speed. Available in UltraLight, Light and Standard versions, the body is already homologated with EFRA 4101 listing.

Schumacher LD3 5-Gear Transmission

Schumacher has release a new five gear transmission for its successful Cougar LD3 1:10 2WD Buggy. The 5-gear sett-up provides the LD3 with more rotation and gives a different feel to the cars handling. It is especially good on high grip carpet surfaces as highlighted by the team’s recently us of it to win the EOS in Daun and Florida Carpet Championships. Manufactured from 3D printed aluminium, utilising cutting edge design software, this advanced approach allowing for a lightweight but strong design, the five gear transmission enables you to run a car which has more mechanical grip, (Rear Toe, Camber Change etc) while still enabling good rotation at high speed on fast open tracks. Installation of the gearbox parts is simple due to the singular casing which has minimal fastenings to secure them.
