Italian manufacturer Capricorn RC has just released the C04 EP, an electric version of its 1:10 nitro Touring Car chassis. Based off their 2022 1:10 Nitro European Championship winning platform, the C04 EP car is fundamentally the same as the successful nitro car. The new kit release comes out of the box with a Carbon Chassis plate as well as a custom radio plate to accommodate the 2S shorty lipo battery. In 1:10, Top Qualifier Teemu Leino took the win for Infinity with Capricorn’s Thilo Diekmann only 1.5-seconds back. Having qualified fourth, Chris Tosolini found his way passed third place starter Bobby Horan to secure the final step on the podium. …has announced the upcoming release of a nitro 1:10 230mm platform. Based off the popular Capricorn C04 200mm chassis, this car had been designed to run in 230mm GT configuration with the intention of increasing popularity towards the 1:10 scale nitro class. Many of the parts are compatible to the extremely successful C04 car. Some key differences with this car include a rear solid axle, a front one way, rear upper wishbones, the front & rear shock towers and the rear body mount.
