The car features some other new features such as lightweight spur gears, a wire front anti-roll bar instead of the usual wishbone lever system, new front belt tensioner system, a hexagonal rear belt tensioner and new innovative plastic materials used for the arms and hubs. Capricorn RC have released this stylish red waterproof jacket for keeping you warm and dry at the track. Featuring the Capricorn RC logo printed on the back, and vertically on the front left, the jacket also has the more conventional little Capricorn animal on the right shoulder. …a new carbon fibre chassis plate and radio tray to keep weight low as well as fit the 4200mAh 25C 14.4V LiPo cell and speed controller. The car will retain its mechanical brake and also have a 2-speed gearbox, however we have heard from many sources that this may not be necessary for his class of racing. The brushless motor sits where you would expect it and is mounted to a carbon fibre mount that also acts as the chassis stiffener. Italian company Capricorn RC have announced the upcoming release of their CL-9TE .21 circuit engine. Featuring revised internals, the piston and liner timing has been revised and optimized for high performance, while the crankshaft has been hand modified and polished. …will eventually include 3.5cc competition motors for on road and off road. The internals of the engine have been completely revised under their own specifications and feature both front and rear ceramic bearings as well as having laser etched internal components. The engine will also be available as a tuned version (shown in photos) and will come with a black crankcase, standard version is silver, and a hand modified crankshaft, while all motors will be available in an optional set that includes the manifold, pipe and clutch system.
