RSD RX4 chassis conversion for Xray T4

The Reflex Racing RSD RX4 chassis conversion kit is designed for Xray’s pre-2014 T4 platform. The kit includes a new 2.25mm thick and only 85mm wide main chassis plate that offers more ground clearance during fast cornering. The chassis sports mounting positions for both regular length and shorty LiPo battery packs and features new captured pivot balls and adjustable plastic insert suspension mounts. Toe angles and track width is adjustable using different inserts and the design of the system does not allow the suspension arm to get loose when clipping curbs or dots, which over a race will allow the car to stay more consistent from beginning to end of the run. The backwards compatible set includes the main chassis, aluminium suspension mounts, a full plastic insert set, front and rear stainless steel hinge pins and hardened steel pivot balls.

Kerem Düzgit & Bora Deniz Aksüt win at Ratrace

The 2013 Ratrace for 1/10th and 1/8th buggies was organised by Rcskool, Aytemiz Hobi and Team NCRC. In the 1/10th buggy class it was Xray driver Kerem Düzgit who took the in in front of Kayhan Torpil and Yesin Yenidünya. In the 1/8th E-buggy class Bora Deniz Aksüt came in first followed by Cengiz Gökbulut and Nebi Akgün.

Exotek XB4 aluminium option parts

New from Exotek Racing come several aluminium option parts for the Xray XB4 buggy in the form of rear hubs, servo and wing mounts. Starting with the rear hubs, the parts are machined from 7075 aluminium and sport vertical camber ball stud mounting positions for easy roll centre adjustments using different thickness shims. Included with the parts that come in orange or black colour are 2mm spacers to match the stock geometry of the kit’s plastic hubs. Next up are aluminium servo mounts, again machined from 7075 aluminium. The parts offer higher rigidity and sport a lightweight design and come in orange or black colour. Last but not least are the aluminium wing mounts. They are of a heavy duty design and add a huge amount of durability while being light of weight at the same time. Just like the other XB4 parts they are available in orange or glossy black colour.

Losi Ten Rally-X 4WD RTR

Losi introduce the Ten Rally-X 4WD RTR car based on the popular Ten chassis line. Coming factory-assembled the car features a tough aluminium chassis, aluminium oil-filled shock absorbers, sturdy suspension components and rally tread tyres for both on-road and off-road use. The car is powered by a 4-pole 3900kv Dynamite brushless system with 130A controller and controlled by a Spektrum SRS4200 2.4GHz AVC receiver with AVC standing for Active Vehicle Control, a gyro-based system to improve the handling of the vehicle even on very rough or slippery surfaces.

MIP SCTE Pro4mance front linkage set

Following the release of the new camber link sets for the TLR’s SCTE 4WD short course truck MIP introduce corresponding steering links. Just like the camber links the steering linkage set makes use of highly durable Dubro rod ends and genuine Lunsford titanium turnbuckles. The parts make for a lowered weight and higher precision resulting in quicker and more precise steering response. Included in the set is suitable hardware in the form of screws, conical washers and aluminium nuts.

CRC Gen-X 10 SE & Xti Altered Ego kit

Calandra Racing Concepts introduce two new car kits in the form of the Gen-X 10 Slider Edition and the Xti Altered Ego full car kit. Designed for the World GT class the proven Gen-X 10 received a make over to become lighter, narrower and more adjustable. The Slider Edition or SE in short now features CRC’s Slider rear pod plates for steeples, easy ride height adjustment. The chassis offers multiple battery positions using locators and sports additional slots for custom placement of 1S packs. Included with the kit comes CRC’s Encore shock and the Pro-Strut front suspension and all carbon fibre parts are now also made using a new quadaxial, high-modulus material for added toughness and rigidity..

Protoform G6-T oval race body

This season saw the Cup Series introduce their highly-anticipated new generation of body styles. MIP SCTE hard springs & lightweight camber rods

MIP introduce new option parts for the TLR SCTE short course truck as well as MIP Pro4mance converted trucks in the form of a 3-pair spring kit and lightweight camber links. Starting with the spring set, it includes three spring pairs of higher spring rates as the standard springs for a wider range of tuning options. The colour-coded springs fit both the SCTE 1.0 and 2.0 and are also available separately. Also new are the Pro4 Lite camber links. The turnbuckle set makes use of durable Dubro rod ends and genuine Lunsford titanium turnbuckles to make for both light and strong camber rods. The parts are a direct replacement the stock camber rods, scrub around an ounce of weight and improve the handling and control of the truck. Included are four front and rear turnbuckles, eight rod ends as well as mounting hardware.
