Xray RX8 lightweight front middle shaft

Xray RX8 lightweight front middle shaft

For serious racers conscious of weight savings, Xray have created this new optional front middle shaft for the RX8. CNC-machined from Hudy Spring Steel, it has been strategically lightened by 55% compared to the standard front middle shaft. The front middle shaft is highly wear resistant at contact points, helping to increase the lifespan of the shaft bearings, while rotating mass is reduced without sacrificing strength or durability.

Video – Weekend at Kerrys

[vimeo]http://vimeo.com/23837578[/vimeo]

Check out this video shot by DVS shoes featuring the 10th anniversary celebration of Kerry Getz’s Nocturnal Skate Shop. After Kerry gets pummeled with thousands of water balloons thrown by the neighborhood kids, they head over to Bam Margolin’s house where Kerry busts out his SC10 to hit some ‘gnarly’ skate ramps. Not to mention there is awesome skating throughout the whole video.

In round 2, Maezumi broke his car in the warm up run which gave him a DNS while Noriyuki Kawashima (ZX5) managed 12 laps with 5:04.5 in this round who managed to take overall TQ. Hideki Nakajima (B44) took 2nd with a 5:05.2, with Maezumi (TRF502X) taking 3rd with 5:05.3.
