JConcepts XB4 chassis protective sheet

Coming from JConcepts and made for the Xray XB4 series buggies is a pre-cut chassis protective sheet from JConcepts. It is providing a smooth and slick surface to decrease friction between the chassis and dirt surfaces. The pre-cut and graphically pleasing chassis protective sheet comes as 2-piece set with the durable and resilient material fitting the chassis layout like a glove and adds protection and style in one easy package.

RC Concept MC5 World nitro off-road engine

RC Concept have introduced their new MC5 World nitro off-road engine to celebrate the forthcoming 2018 IFMAR Nitro Buggy World Championship. The engine features a new Avid ceramic front bearing that promises better sealing and a more precise crankshaft guiding for overall increased engine efficiency. In addition the bearing will reduce piston and sleeve wear while offering quicker spool up and up to 30 seconds of additional runtime per tank. A newly designed heatsink graphic rounds out the package.

Tamiya Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT body set

Coming soon from Tamiya is the Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT body set for 257mm wheelbase cars. The lid will fit most 190mm 4WD and 2WD on-road chassis and it will be supplied with a detailed decal sheet and accessories such as front splitters, mirrors and a moulded rear wing.

HB Racing D418 4WD buggy kit

Following a couple of teaser images released back in April, HB Racing has now officially introduced the new D418 1/10th 4WD buggy kit. The Torrance Deguzman designed D418 builds on the success of the D413, adding features optimised for the new breed of high grip racetracks around the world. New is an aluminium chassis with raised side guards, similar to the successful 1/8th D817 buggy. The aluminium chassis adds durability, lowers the centre of gravity, dissipates motor heat, and helps dampen high frequency vibration. New moulded nylon side guards help keep out dirt, and the side plates are now used to mount the body, eliminating the need for body posts and body pins. The chassis layout has been refined, taking cues from the successful E817 buggy, The D418 is optimised for the latest rules and LiPo and brushless equipment.

RPM introduce pink Traxxas option parts

Coming soon from RPM is a range of Traxxas optionals in pink colour. Using the same nylon composite as the black, blue and green parts, the pinkish items will add durability, precision and functionality to Traxxas kits such as the E-Rustler, Stampede, Slash 2WD, Nitro Slash, the Nitro Sport and Bandit. The range will include select items such as Revolver SC wheels for the Slash 2WD and 4×4, a wide front bumper for all 2WD versions of the Rustler, Stampede, Nitro Sport and Bandit as well as front and rear bumpers for the Slash 2WD and Nitro Slash. Also coming are front and rear arms for the Stampede 2WD, E-Rustler, Slash 2WD and Bandit as well as a sealed gear cover for the Stampede 2WD, E-Rustler, Slash 2WD and Bandit. T-Works MP9 hard-coated alloy brake cams

T-Works have introduced their new hard-coated aluminium brake cam set for the Kyosho MP9 TKI3 and TKI4 kits. The items replace the standard steel cams for lighter parts in order to scrub some weight. Included with the cams come two grub screws and the set is available now.

Exotek on-road tweak board & carbon LiPo tabs

Coming from Exotek are a new tweak board for 1/10th on-road cars as well as a pair of carbon fibre LiPo tabs for on-road and off-road kits. Starting with the tweak board, it is a quick and easy way to reset chassis flatness and tweak without having to remove the tyres. It fits the full length of 1/10th touring and formula cars to fully lift the car enough so that owners can reset the top plate flatness without removing any tyres thus saving lots of pit work time. The board is made in the USA of black melamine board, it is light of weight and measures 300x90x12mm.

T-Works MBX8 carbon fibre side chassis stiffeners

T-Works have introduced a set of carbon fibre chassis stiffeners for the Mugen MBX8 buggy. They attach to the left and to the right of the centre diff area for improved pitch and torsional stiffness, which comes in handy especially on smooth high-bite surfaces. Included with the two carbon braces is suitable mounting hardware.
