Following on from yesterday’s release of the Rebellion RC Crossflex aluminium chassis for the Awesomatix MMX, there is now a version for the T4’21. Just like the MMX version this too is much narrower than the previous version, at only 76mm it improves roll-behaviour and prevent the chassis from touching the ground. The holes for the short swing arms were removed which made it possible to make the rear end narrower which leads to improved on throttle traction. Awesomatix have announced the signing of German touring car specialist and former ETS Champion Martin Hofer to their factory team. Martin will attend all major races including the ETS, Euros and other well known events. Furthermore his urge to perfection will be an additional help for the proactive development of the Awesomatix brand and products. Getting passed Eric Albano (Awesomatix) and Alex Fera (Xray) after some laps, Clements would close the gap on Tyler in the lead. RC Maker have produced their first option parts for the newly released Awesomatix A12 1/12th scale car. First up is a carbon front ride height shim plate set which makes it much easier to make aggressive ride height adjustments on the fly. The separate shims just slide in when loosening the screws, and the front being a solid plate is much easier to install than 3 separate shims. Very handy for asphalt racing or when using big tires. Monaco RC have released this low friction white edition 351mm belt. Made in Japan by Bando, it is suitable for use on the Awesomatix A800X, Xray T4 2020, Yokomo BD10, ARC R12 and on Xray mid motor conversions like the version from Zero-Tribe. …eager to get out and start racing after many months of quarantine. The track is a permanent CRC Black Carpet track with a subfloor underneath it for a super smooth racing surface while the layout was technical and had high traction. Factory RC America/Xray team driver Max Kuenning was able to reset TQ in every qualifier of the stock class with the all new X12’21.
