Xray have introduced the latest incarnation of their highly successful NT1 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road car. The reigning IFMAR World and EFRA European Champion, the platform received very subtle changes and refinements for the new season that mainly address setup options and Xray’s own Multi-Flex technology to allow for real fine-tuning in terms of chassis flex. Xray have announced the signing of reigning Italian Champion and long-time Xray privateer, Dante Piersante to their factory team. Dante will use the NT1 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road car in the national championship, regional races as well as selected international events such as the World Championships in Gubbio, the Italian Championship Series and also the ENS. Xray have introduced a set of low height bevel and satellite gears for the NT1 and XB4 series of cars. The lightweight gears are made of a special graphite composite material that offers high durability, low wear and an ultra-low rotational mass. The Greek Attiko Cup was recently held at the Fanatix Racing Track in Athens. The race format was three rounds of qualifying followed by 30 minute finals and in the 200mm Sedan class it was Xray driver Dimitriou who took the overall TQ by coming out fastest in the early round one that allowed for the fastest times.
