Xray have announced the signing of reigning Italian Champion and long-time Xray privateer, Dante Piersante to their factory team. Dante will use the NT1 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road car in the national championship, regional races as well as selected international events such as the World Championships in Gubbio, the Italian Championship Series and also the ENS. Xray have introduced a set of low height bevel and satellite gears for the NT1 and XB4 series of cars. The lightweight gears are made of a special graphite composite material that offers high durability, low wear and an ultra-low rotational mass. The Greek Attiko Cup was recently held at the Fanatix Racing Track in Athens. The race format was three rounds of qualifying followed by 30 minute finals and in the 200mm Sedan class it was Xray driver Dimitriou who took the overall TQ by coming out fastest in the early round one that allowed for the fastest times. The Xray Work.Shop Slovenia will take place at the Genius Ring in Medeuzza, Italy on Sunday the 8th of November. Hosted by Xray team drivers Alojzij Osvald and Jernej Vuga, the two will offer tech and setup help for cars such as the X12, X1, T4, NT1, XB8 and RX8. The entry fee is 15 Euro and includes dinner. Xray have announced the signing of French National Champion Leo Arnold to their on-road team. Leo will be racing at national and international 1/8th and 1/10th scale events using Xray’s RX8, NT1 and T4 cars.
