Coming from Exotek and made for the Tekno RC EB410 buggy is the new Edge lightweight body shell. The body was designed to sit 8mm lower than the kit shell to lower the overall centre of gravity while offering a new look. Exotek have also taken great care to still allow the mounting of the fan above the motor and still allow normal height or low profile servo use. Coming from Lunsford and made for the Tekno EB410 buggy is a limited edition set of titanium-nitride-coloured 3.5mm Super Duty titanium turnbuckles. They are made of high-quality Grade 5 titanium and included in the set are four 40mm and two 55mm turnbuckles as well as a 1/8” drill bit to slightly open the Tekno rod ends as the turnbuckles are 0.5mm larger in diameter compared to the stock parts. The set reduces rotating mass as well as the overall weight of the EB410 by 8.5g per set, or over 25g of rotating mass reduction overall. Each package will upgrade a single diff, and three packages will completely outfit the EB410. The suspension hanger lasts much longer than the alloy block and resists being worn away at the bottom due to abrasive track conditions. Last but not least is a precision-machined 7075 aluminium steering rack for the EB410. The reinforced design minimises any extra cut outs to increase strength, yet only weighs 6g. DE Racing now have dedicated Speedline front wheels for the Tekno EB410 and TLR 22-4 1/10th scale 4WD buggies available. The are usable on both vehicles and sport the needed off-set to achieve the desired overall width. RC Speed Secrets have introduced their new Next Level 6-hole Cheater shock pistons for the Tekno RC EB410 buggy. The CNC-machined delrin pistons are of a 2x 2.0 + 4x 0.9mm 6-hole design and they are made to offer more grip and a pillowy soft feel through the rough stuff, keeping the buggy’s tyres on the ground longer than stock pistons. They are recommended for the use in the rear with 1.7 front pistons and 450cSt to 475cSt oil all-round. The pistons come as pairs and are a direct fit on the EB410.
