Shepherd V8.2 shock absorber springs

Shepherd have introduced their new V8.2 shock absorber springs. Able to refine the spring characteristics following numerous tests on racetracks around the world, the new springs where used for the first time at an international event at last weekend’s EFRA GP in Vigo, Spain where team driver Toni Gruber took the win. Available now as a pair separately for the front and rear, in future they will become the kit springs for the upcoming Shepherd Velox V8.2 set to be released at the end of April. Shepherd tease Velox V8.2 1/8th nitro on-road kit

Shepherd have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new Velox V8.2 1/8th nitro on-road kit. The car will feature a completely redesigned front end including new lower and upper arms, steering hubs, lower and upper hinge pin mounts as well as an aluminium servo saver and other details. The steering hubs are equipped with mounting holes for optional front carbon aero discs and the upper hinge pin mounts can be connected to the bulkheads to stiffen up the front suspension while the lower hinge pin mounts feature three pin positions, changing the front lower arm length. Shepherd sign Andrea Pirani

Shepherd have announced the signing of Italian frontrunner and multiple national champion, Andrea Pirani to their team for the 2019 season. The multiple ENS and European Championship podium finisher will join an already strong national lineup to attend all major races with his Velox V8. Shepherd sign Toni Gruber

Shepherd have announced the signing of top international nitro on-road racer Toni Gruber to their 2019 factory team line-up. The 22-year old German already looks back on a successful career with a European championship title, multiple national titles as well as multiple Euro Nitro Series podium finishes under his belt. Shepherd Velox V10 Nineteen 200mm nitro on-road kit

Following the “Nineteen” conversion kit for the Velox V10 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road kit, Shepherd now also announced the full Nineteen specification car kit. The car features a new rear axle geometry, making it more controllable when braking even under difficult track conditions or when hard braking is required. This was achieved by a wider rear lower wishbone distance and an updated upper wishbone mount with optimised upper camber link positions. Shepherd Velox V10 Nineteen upgrade set

Shepherd have introduced the Nineteen upgrade set for their successful Velox V10 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road kit. Coming just in time for the IMFAR 1/10th Nitro On-road World Championships in Miami, the set contains new rear lower wishbones, new hinge pin brackets as well as a new rear upper arm mount. Fenix X Series aluminium formula pan car main chassis

Available now from Fenix Racing are their new X Series aluminium main chassis plates for a range of popular 1/10th formula cars. Shepherd Velox V8 low-friction drive belts

Shepherd have announced the release of their new low-friction drive belts for the Velox V8 1/8th on-road kits. Available as 210mm front, 435mm centre, and 201mm rear belt, the parts will significantly lower the drivetrain drag for improved acceleration, top speed and mileage.
