JConcepts B44.3 carbon fibre option parts

During the 2015 Reedy Race of Champions, JConcepts debuted the B44.3 carbon fiber front and rear top deck, servo and battery brace. This carbon fiber parts set is unique in looks, tough in durability and contributes to tuned flexibility which leads to a better handling vehicle. The top decks feature slotted locations which were added to free up the rigidness of the vehicle. More flex will contribute to a more confident driver who wants a more flowing drive out of the vehicle. In addition, the antenna mount was removed from the front top deck and placed on a new and included servo deck piece. The new position of the antenna mount is perfect for the popular servo mount location as well as convenient for the receiver and antenna wire. For racers choosing the new Silencer B44.3 body it also pulls the antenna mount out of the cab area and places it down on the side pod area similar to a 2WD buggy, cleaning up the entire look of the vehicle. To finish, JConcepts has included a matching battery brace along with hardware to directly fasten the battery in place for complete security. All carbon fiber parts are designed by JConcepts, produced with genuine 2.5mm material and machined to perfection.

Super Cup Championship Series Rd2 – Report

Round 2 of the JConcepts Super Cup Championship Series was scheduled to be run in the beautiful Florida sunshine outdoors at Coral Springs. The unpredictable Florida weather was calling for some rain, so a last minute decision was made on a venue change for a roof and 4 walls. Newly opened Beachline Raceway stepped in to help with the event. 182 entries would fill the 21 heats of racing with Florida’s premier 10th scale racers.

Pro-Line T5M Bulldog bodyshell

Tailor-made for the Team Associated T5M stadium truck is Pro-Line’s latest Bulldog bodyshell. Resembling the one that came in the T5M kit box the body features two Mohawks down the centre of the roof for improved high-speed stability and to add an aggressive look. The front and rear end geometry have also been reshaped from the original Bulldog and improved to achieve higher front downforce and reduce wheelies that cost precious time. As usual the body comes clear, including window masks and decal sheet.

Pro-Line RAM 2500 short course bodyshell

Made for most of today’s 1/10th short course trucks is Pro-Line’s new RAM 2500 bodyshell. The bold RAM front grille screams for intense off-road action and tells everyone to get out of your way. The huge fenders allow clearance for the biggest tyres and the body features the latest in Pro-Line’s Flo-Tek Evo technology with tons of air-vents that will keep the truck flying low and stuck to the track. Made from clear polycarbonate the body includes window masks and a decal sheet.

Pro-Line Enforcer truggy bodyshells

Pro-Line introduce the Enforcer bodyshell for 1/8th nitro truggies. From the mind of Ty Tessmann and inspired from the Type-R buggy body, the Enforcer has a meaner and more angular front end look with swooping roof and bed sections for improved airflow and high-speed stability. The hood of the body is steeper to create more down force over the front wheels for more steering and faster lap times. The body is available in three different variants for the HB D8T Tessmann Edition, the Mugen MBX-7T and the TLR 8ight-T 3.0 and it comes clear, including window masks and decal sheets.

Reds Racing R5R Racer V2.0 off-road engine

The new Reds Racing R5R Racer V2.0 engine has been provided with Mario Rossi’s new invention, the new HCX carburettor, like the whole Reds Racing off-road range. The engine is designed with improved fuel efficiency, performance and reliability in mind and it is suitable for both buggy and truggy racing. The engine is tuned by Mario Rossi which guarantees the same performance as a Pro engine at reasonable a price and before leaving the factory each engine is hand inspected and compression checked by Mario Rossi to ensure maximised performance.

Insane-RC 1/10th buggy carpet tyres

Russian company Insane-RC introduce the Carpet Fighter buggy indoor tyres. Available as 1/10th buggy 2WD front, 4WD front, general rear as well as 1/8th scale buggy variant the tyres are made in Russia and they are moulded from a special long-life compound that is ideal for high-grip indoor racing without additives.

JConcepts Dirt Racing Products B5 Ti turnbuckles

New from JConcepts’ Dirt Racing Products brand comes a “Cool Grey” titanium turnbuckle set for the Team Associated B5 and B5M buggy. The JConcepts Fin turnbuckle is the base design which is centered around a .143″ titanium hex size that gradually tapers down into a 3mm thread base design which accepts standard AE ball-cup configurations. Custom anodized by Brian Kinwald himself, the Dirt Trick “Cool Gray” turnbuckles are individually colored a unique Gray color which adds an undeniable personalized touch to any vehicle. The Dirt Racing Products turnbuckles are produced with left and right hand threads with the left being conveniently marked for easy orientation.
