Losi DBXL-E aluminium top plate & chassis braces

Losi have introduced new aluminium option parts for the DBXL-E kit in the form of a front top plate as well as front and rear chassis braces. Available separately and coming machined from high-quality alloy material the parts are specific to the DBXL-E and its chassis layout. The black anodised items feature machined silver edge details and they add strength and durability while offering improved visual appearance compared to the stock parts.

Samix CFX-series brass spring retainers

Coming from Samix and made for the CFX-W and CFX trucks are brass spring retainers. Machined from high-quality material and coming in a black/golden 2-tone finish, the spring cups weigh in at 15g for all four which adds valuable weight to one of the lowest areas of the car, improving climbing performance and looks. Additionally the rigid material makes for a more secure spring fitment compared to the standard plastic parts. The spring retainers come in sets of four and they are available now.

Kyosho tease two new vintage re-release kits

Kyosho fans rejoice! The Japanese company has released two teaser videos to promote the forthcoming release of two vintage kits one of which seems to be the mighty Javelin – one of the most expensive vintage kits to buy these days. The first video pretty much tells it all as Kyosho aficionados will spot the buggy’s iconic cage while the second clip teases the release of a monster truck-ish type of vehicle. Samix SCX10 II brass knuckle set

Samix have introduced a brass knuckle set for the Axial SCX10 II trail truck. Machined from heavy brass material the steering knuckles weigh in at 46g each with the added weight improving climb performance while also lowering the centre of gravity. Included with the set come durable 5x13x4mm ball bearings, bearing reducer bushings for easy ball race removal and also fake brace discs for improved looks. The knuckles are usable with Axial or Samix suspension hubs and they come in sets of two.

Yeah Racing Traxxas 4WD HD tool steel driveshafts

Yeah Racing have introduced front and rear tool steel driveshafts for Traxxas 1/10th 4WD trucks such as the Slash 4×4 and Stampede 4×4. The heavy-duty driveshafts are made from tool-grade steel for tensile strength while the middle sleeve is machined from high-quality aluminium for a good balance between weight and durability. The sliding-design driveshafts are a direct fit, they come including mounting hardware such as shims, drive pins and wheel nuts and they are available separately for the front and rear and in red or blue anodising.

Samix SCX10 II brass spring retainers

Samix have introduced a set of brass spring retainers for the Axial SCX10 II trail truck. Machined from heavy brass material the retainers add 35g of weight to the suspension, which can be beneficial in order to improve climb performance of the truck. Due to the sturdy construction and rigid material the spring retainers also improve seat of the spring which is further helped by the taller inner support. The parts are a direct fit on the standard Axial shocks and they come in sets of four.

Samix SCX10 II centre brass driveshafts

Coming from Samix and made for the Axial SCX10 II trail truck are brass centre driveshafts. The set compromised of outer brass couplers, weighing in at 79g, and the inner brass sliders, with a weight of 49g, with both adding valuable weight that can be beneficial to improve climb performance while adding rigidity and durability. The parts can be mixed and matched with the standard composite plastics in order to achieve the desired overall weight or weight distribution.
