Pro-Line 1956 Ford F-100 Pro-Touring body shell

Pro-Line have introduced their new 1956 Ford F-100 Pro-Touring Street Truck body shell for the Traxxas Slash 2WD, 4×4 and 1:10 Rally. The slammed retro street truck body features incredible scale details while being proportioned to fully cover the tyres of Traxxas’ versatile Slash platform. The body is best combined with Pro-Line’s 2.8″ Road Rage tyres mounted on F-11 2.8” wheels to get the ultimate in scale retro street style and performance. The Ford F-100 Pro-Touring body is a single cab truck with the iconic old-school grill, headlight and taillight detail and it even has a built-in rear spoiler.

Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03Evo chassis sets

Kyosho have announced the soon release of their new Mini-Z MR-03Evo chassis sets. The Evo kits base on the proven MR-03VE Pro chassis, however the biggest news is the use of a separate receiver unit that allows to utilise a multitude of different brand transmitters such as KO Propo’s EX-2 and EX-RR, Futaba’s 7PX and 7XC as well as Kyosho’s own KT-18, EX-6 or KT-531P to name just a few. The receiver unit is easily interchangeable, sitting on top of the chassis. Other new features include an 11.2-times faster CPU unit for increased steering feeling and a 100-times faster responding ESC unit for best possible throttle control. The ESC is now also adjustable using the I.C.S. manager in order to allow the use of brushed motors with the same speed controller. The Evo chassis are available as wide track W-MM set including a 12000kV brushless motor and also as narrow track N-MM2 variant with a 5600kV brushless motor. Both come equipped with ball bearings and the ball diff set II.

Coming from Traxxas and made for the 4-Tec 2.0 1/10th 4WD chassis is the Cadillac CTS-V body shell. With 640 raging horsepower on tap, the CTS-V is the most powerful car Cadillac has ever sold. Its 200 mph top speed also makes it the fastest. Traxxas captures the cutting-edge style and ferocity of this monster sedan with this highly detailed RC body for the 4-Tec 2.0. Available in blue or silver, the bodies feature injection moulded side mirrors and rear spoiler for extra authenticity.

CS Electronic CS-Rookie PRO10 V2 brushless combo

German company CS Electronic have introduced their new CS-Rookie PRO10 V2 brushless motor and speed controller combo package. Designed for entry-level 1/10th scale on-road and off-road kits the set includes a 3S LiPo-compatible sensorless 260A-rated brushless speed controller that ensures a smooth driving feeling while safety features such as overload and over-temperature protection prevent the ESC from becoming damaged when being overly abused. The controller is programmable using an optional programming card. As for the motor, the sensorless 4-pole item is of 3900kV rating for lots of speed and acceleration and it comes pre-wired with 4mm bullet-type connectors. The combo package is available with 3900kV down to 1300kV variant motors.

Tamiya TT-01E ProMarkt Zakspeed AMG Mercedes

Coming soon from Tamiya is the ProMarkt Zakspeed AMG Mercedes on the TT-01E entry-level 4WD chassis. The proven shaft-driven chassis is the base for the re-release 1994 Zakspeed AMG body shell that is equipped with additional parts such as mirrors, rear wing, windscreen wiper, chrome-plated grille and Mercedes star. It is understood that the kit will include the TBLE-02S speed controller that is capable of using both brushed and brushless motors.

Yeah Racing TT-02 RWD drift performance conversion

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the Tamiya TT-02 entry-level touring car is a drift performance conversion. Designed to achieve a large steering angle, that is required for RWD drifting, the kit’s steering rack has been redesigned around the original chassis so it will be a drop in installation whilst achieving large steering angle with the upgrade steering rack. Combined with the highly adjustable suspension and steering geometry, owners will be able to tune the performance and behaviour to their liking. Adjustable rear universals have been included so that drovers can also adjust track width. Updated DSG dampers with longer ball cups allow for more droop and the possibility to tune the throw of the chassis when going into the corner. The suspension and steering parts are machined from high-quality aluminium and they come blue anodised and laser-engraved for looks.
