Sirio .21 RVS clutch system

Sirio .21 RVS clutch system

Following the successful launch of the .12 RVS clutch back in August, Lavorazioni Meccaniche S.r.l – Star Motor Engineering have now produced a new .21 RVS clutch system. The new clutch system uses the same new design and way of working as the previously released version, with the weights and shoe working in a completely different way to increase performance and acceleration of the engine. The power clutch kit has a lightweight flywheel with a new ‘flat design’ and the Italian company has also worked to balance it to get the most performance from the engine. All parts such as the spring catch, flywheel nut and spring nut are made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium for maximum lightness, while the new clutch disk is hardened for durability. Expect the new clutch system to be released in late December.

Smokem Mi4 Upper Link plate

Smokem Mi4 Upper Link plate

Developed with leading local Schumacher drivers, the Smokem Mi4 Upper Link plate provides Schumacher Mi4 racers with additional, longer upper link positions to dial in their cars. By incorporating multiple link positions, racers can alter the length of the upper link without changing the upper link plate. Apart from the standard 39.2mm spacing, there are 2 additional spacings of 31.7mm and 24.2mm. A longer upper link provides greater roll resistance for a given spring rate and less camber rise. The design is also ideal when running harder carcass control tyres by maximizing tyre contact patch and maintaining consistent tyre wear.
