JConcepts aluminium shock bottom pivot balls

Made for many Team Associated 1/10th off-road vehicles is this aluminium pivot ball set from JConcepts. The CNC-machined and blue anodised lower pivot balls are of a serrated design to twist into the plastic for a more secure shock fitment even when the going gets tough. The rear part features an extended standoff to move the shock further away from the turnbuckle allowing additional clearance. 4 pieces are included per package including 2 standard front pivots and 2 of the extended, serrated pivots and longer screw for the rear with the balls being available in blue or black colour.

Reedy 5800mAh 65C 7.4V SQ LiPo battery

We brought you a scoop of Reedy’s new 7.4V SQ LiPo battery pack during the recent IFMAR 1/10 Buggy World Championships and now Reedy officially announce the 2S battery pack. It is designed to replace the standard 2-piece side-by-side saddle pack with a single hard-case battery. By eliminating the need for a jumper wire and reducing the number of internal connections, power output and efficiency are improved. Dual 4mm sockets with a 2mm balance port allows users to balance charge the battery in the same manner as stick and shorty batteries. The pack measures 93×68.5×25.1mm, weights 318g and is ideal for all chassis that can take side-by-side saddle pack batteries.

RB One V2 RTR nitro buggy

RB introduce the V2 version of their popular RB One RTR 1/8th nitro off-road buggy. The vehicle is based on the well-known RTR variant and features many refinements and improvements for added performance and durability. New for the V2 version are hard differential cases, water-proof 9kg-cm servos, a new battery case for regular AA-size cells, a new polished in-line pipe and the first – limited edition – batch will also come with a 7075-T6 hard anodised aluminium chassis. Included with the V2 come also genuine RB competition rims and tyres, a newly designed racing body shell and a new rear wing. With the buggy comes the RB Black recoil starter engine and a 2.4GHz radio system.

Power HD high voltage standard size servos

German Power HD distributors RMV introduce three new high voltage digital servos in the form of the Storm 4, Storm 5 and the D-18HV. Starting with the Storm series, both the Storm 4 (0.085s/25kg-cm) and the Storm 5 (0.066s/18kg-cm) feature hardened aluminium cases, splash water protection via O-ring seals, aluminium and titanium gears as well as brushless motors. Both sport standard dimensions, are 7.4V compatible and ideal for 1/8 scale cars, buggies and trucks. Also new is the D-18HV (0.10s/18kg-cm) servo, like the Storm series it sports a hardened aluminium case and splash water protection. The motor is a coreless variant and the gears are made from aluminium and steel.

Yaiba Racing RB6 Type-B aluminium front bulkhead

Yaiba Racing introduce the Type-B front aluminium bulkhead for the World Championship winning Kyosho RB6 buggy. The part is 5g heavier than the kit’s plastic suspension mount for improved front/rear weight distribution and the angled position of the hinge pin retaining screws makes maintenance easier. The part weights 9g, comes red anodised and with laser-etched logos.

Much More introduce their Perfect Diff Oil line of gear differential fluids. Developed with the help of 3-times Touring Car World Champion Marc Rheinard the fluids are ideal for all on-road and off-road vehicles with gear differentials. They come in handy bottles with easy application tip and are available as light #1000 to heavy #10000 variant with the 1000 to 6000 oils coming in 500 increments for an even finer adjustment of the diff action.

Xray announce the XB4 2WD buggy

Xray announce XB4 2WD

Xray announce the soon release of the XB4 2WD off-road buggy. Prototypes of the buggy have been seen in the hands of Xray’s factory drivers like Martin Bayer for some time now and giving its name – XB4 – the buggy is based on Xray’s successful 4WD buggy. This means the vehicle will very likely feature a rear mounted LiPo saddle or shorty pack with a mid or even front motor configuration – ideal for the upcoming indoor carpet racing season. The kit will also see the introduction of a new cab forward body shell with a radical cabin design and a low rear end section. More information about the XB4 2WD will become available very soon.

Vampire Racing even turn Type AB+ V2 motors

Vampire Racing is proud to announce the release of the new even turn Type AB+ V2 brushless motor series. Building on the winning heritage of the conventional half turn motor the new .0 series offers a fully rebuildable EFRA-legal design with separate stator unit, duo-balanced and Titanium-Nitride coated ‘black shaft’ rotor, replaceable rubber-sealed precision sensor unit and oversized high-quality ball bearings. The motors are equipped with the recently introduced updated endbells and are available as 4.0T, 5.0T, 6.0T, 7.0T and 8.0T variant.
