Avid B4.1 clamping hex adapters & solid axle pins

Avid introduce new option part for Team Associated’s B4.1 buggy in the form of 12mm clamping hex adapters and solid axle pins. The wheel hex adapters are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and chamfered for easy wheel installation. Available for the front and rear of the buggy the parts come with 2-56 stainless steel clamp screws and require the car or truck outfitted with Associated part #9880 steering block and #9881 truck or  #7496 buggy front axle. The Avid 1/16” solid axle pins are made of 303 stainless steel and are the perfect complement to a set of Avid hex adapters. The pins are 0.375” long and fit most Associated and Losi brand 10th scale vehicles.  Each package includes a container with a minimum of 10 solid axle pins.

Dualsky Z5 challenge motor

Dualsky introduce the updated Z5 challenge motor that incorporate an improved 13mm diameter rotor with better temperature stability, as well as new can and packaging design. The ROAR and IFMAR approved motor now also includes a manual with gearing recommendations.

Durango DNX408 V2 radio box set

The Durango V2 radio box set is available now as an upgrade for the original DNX408 buggy. The new radio box features an updated design with more room for the receiver and wiring, a neat hinged door for quick and easy battery access and a relocated antenna mount to make access easier.

Associated RC8.2 carbon shock towers

Team Associated have released these new woven carbon-fiber shock towers for the RC8.2 buggy. The front tower is 5mm thick, while the rear is 4mm. These shock towers are lighter than their aluminium Factory Team counterparts, yet they maintain the same optimized geometry as the aluminium versions. Available in May.

Arrowmax MBX-6 wheel axle shafts

Arrowmax have released these new front and rear wheel axle shafts in lightweight 7075 aluminium for the Mugen MBX-6. Featuring a special hardening treatment for increased durability they also sport multiple CVD drive pin holes for increased axle life.

FTW Racing Components today released two new body options for TLR’s 8ight 2.0, the Night Fox and Tactic. Night Fox brings massive downforce cloaked in stealth, while Tactic frees up airflow on high-grip surfaces with bold super car inspired contours. Form and function have again been melded together in the dramatic and innovative ways expected from FTW’s renegade design lab. Night Fox and Tactic are crafted to fit 8ight 2.0 perfectly in both gen 2 and gen 3 radio tray configurations. Night Fox and Tactic are formed from clear .040” polycarbonate with protective film and fit Losi’s 8ight 2.0 1:8 scale buggy. They come unpainted and include a decal sheet and window masks.

Hobbywing Xerun V3 competition ESC

Hobbywing has released their new Xerun V3 competition ESC. The new controller can store up to ten profiles in the memory and can be imported or exported easily. Factory pre-set profiles include Blinky mode, Modify Mode, Stock mode, Practice mode, Offroad mode, Drift mode and Crawler mode. It features a a high reliable built-in electronic switch which also saves space on the chassis. A one piece aluminium upper case in red, blue or black, gives great heat dissipation while allowing higher current. An external programming port (EPP) doubles as a power port for an additional fan. Other features include Advanced Dynamic Timing technology, that provides more customization possibilities, an integrated data logger, recording the maximum temperature of ESC and motor as well as the maximum RPM, all data being easy to check in the pits using the LCD Programming box.
