X-Factory X-60 Body reinforcement plate

X-Factory have announced a cool new carbon fibre part to reinforce the rear body clip area of the X-60 body. Because the rear body clips are in a recessed spot, this area is naturally a weak spot on the body, so this new part spreads the stress over a larger area to lengthen the life of the body. The C.F. part bolts onto the existing body and will transfer easily to a new body, so one purchase will last through several bodies for the life of your truck. Supplied with the screws and locking nuts to install it and a drill bit so the body mount holes can be enlarged to accommodate the new part.

Team Orion CRF Alpha 7P & 3P buggy engines

Coming soon from Team Orion are these 2 new CRF Alpha buggy engines. Available in 7 and 3 port versions, the new ABI motors sport all new internals including the company’s patented crankshaft and new crankcase with integrated compressor. Other parts that have been updated include the piston, liner and aluminium carburetor which now has a 10mm drum. Both engines also feature ceramic bearings and will be available as part of a combo with pipe and manifold when they become available in early February.

Designed to enhance the performance of you car by improving delivery of power to the wheels, this set includes all the parts you need to make 2 complete CVD axles. For the Reedy 121VR .21 off road engine, is this new ceramic rear bearing, which will provide less friction, last longer than the standard steel bearing and will help your motor obtain higher RPM.

Team Orion E-Revo LiPo packs

Team Orion have released a new line of LiPo batteries for both the Traxxas 1/10 E-Revo and 1/16th E-Revo. Developed with a special hard case form to be able to put a maximum of capacity into the battery compartment, this carbon look design enables you to fit your truck with the company’s carbon molecular LiPo technology with up to 45C of discharge and 3C charge for the 1/10th packs and 35C of discharge and 3C charge for the 1/16th packs. Supplied with 3 different battery skins, the packs are available in multiple capacities and discharge ratings.

Tresrey DEX410 Optional CVDs

Japanese company Tresrey have introduced some new optional parts for the Durango DEX410 4wd electric buggy. The new items include a set of new red anodised alloy centre shafts, which are lighter than the original steel versions yet retain their strength through the use of a larger diameter shaft and extra material around the connection point between the shaft and steel differential input shaft. Tresrey have also released new front and rear CVD shafts and wheel axles which have been made from hard coated steel with the wheel axles ground down where they contact the bearings, providing better tolerances and smoother operation.

Venom Slash VXL & E-Revo Options

Venom have released a massive number of new optional parts for the Traxxas Slash VXL and E-Revo. Most parts have been CNC machined from high grade aluminium and almost all are available in anodised orange, gun metal and grey and help improve strength in the area where they are used. Parts that are available include front steering knuckles, front lower arms, front c-hubs, rear lower arms, steering set, battery holder, rear universal shafts, rear shock towers, front bulkheads, gear cover, rear gearbox, rear knuckles, wheels, shock caps, front & rear shocks, wheel hex adapters, tie rods, push rods, front & rear suspension mounts, servo saver and titanium pivot balls.

New from Racers Edge is this hard case 14.8V 5000mAh 4S LiPo battery which offers huge power output and long run times. The dimensions are 48mm wide, 138mm long, and 48mm tall and is a great option for 1/8th scale electric buggies or electric monster trucks with plenty of voltage and a great 40C power rating. Pre-wired with a high amp, low resistance true Deans Ultra Plug and it uses the JST-XH (Align) balance adapter.
