R1 Wurks 22X-4 2.0 Carbon Shock Towers

California based aftermarket buggy parts producer and recently turned 1:10 2WD buggy manufacturer R1 Wurks has released these new Carbon Fibre Shock Towers for the TLR 22X-4 2.0. The towers are a direct replacements for the standard and optional front & rear shock tower for the 1:10 4WD Buggy. Made from high-quality carbon fibre and precision-machined, they are available in two premium finishes, Matte Forged and Gloss 3K Plain Weave. The are offered as standard or -2mm options and sold individual as front or rear towers.

T-Works X5B Precision Front Geometry Adjustment Set

New for Hong Nor’s X5B 1:8 Buggy platform, T-works has released this Precision Front Geometry Adjustment Set. Consisting of an aluminium steering plate, carbon fibre front bumper plate, and centre positioning tool, it enables a one-stop upgrade of steering precision and front structure stability with no complex modification required The Aluminium Steering Plate is produced from 7075-T6 aluminium with black anodising and laser etching, and is pre-installed with precision roller bearings. Made of high-quality carbon fibre, the Graphite Upper Plate reduces vehicle weight and improves handling flexibility and is resistant to impact and deformation, stabilising the front structure. The Center Positioning Tool is designed for precise adjustment of front wheel camber balance. Insert the tool through the centre holes of the bumper plate and steering plate for positioning and fixing. Remove it after adjustment, quickly optimising steering accuracy.

Sparko F8SE Special Edition

Following 3 years of successful high-level competition racing in the hands of team drivers like Noha Ben Mohamed and Adrian Pariente, Sparko has just released a Special Edition of its F8 Buggy which it is calling the F8SE. The Taiwanese manufacturer claim the F8SE bringing together a Lightweight Race platform with reduced overall weight, sharper response, improved agility, and enhanced acceleration. Key features include new Lightweight Shock Towers with optimised front and rear geometry delivering improved steering precision, traction, and stability. An Adjustable Wheelbase Chassis (±2mm) allows you to fine-tune handling balance for different track layouts and grip conditions. Adjustable chassis stiffness system gives Dynamic Flex Tuning of the chassis and adapts from low-grip rough tracks to high-grip conditions. Standard 20° Steering C-Hubs give smoother, more linear steering with greater mid-corner stability and confidence on power. The Drivetrain Layout has also been revised with the centrally positioned differential improving balance, drivetrain efficiency, and throttle response. +3mm Long Shock Bodies enhance bump absorption and rough-track performance for superior control.

French tyre brand 6MIK has released their new Joker 2 1:8 Buggy Tyre. Describing the new tyre as ‘high versatile’, 6MIK say the Joker 2 excels on hard dirt tracks with dusty sections. Its unique carcass gives it a different temperament compared to their Magma 2.0 or Scratch tyre. It’s recommended to use the Joker 2 with 6MIK own Mega rims and Black inserts.

Sworkz S35-4/e EVO Alu Steering Bellcrank Plate

For the 2026 Summer racing season, Sworkz brings a new steering bell crank option for the S35-4/e EVO and T2/e EVO series in the form of this Alu Steering Bellcrank Plate. The CNC machined aluminium plate provides a more solid reinforcement for hard crashes and creates a smoother steering response. It also comes in new Samurai Black colour with diamond cuttings for a high quality look. Additionally Sworkz has also released a new 3D-Printed Low & High Downforce Front Wing Set. This includes two front wings (low & high downforce) to fine-tune your setup. and increase front grip and corner speed depending on track conditions. Another new release for the S35 platform is a Durable Carbon Centre Diff Plate with bigger bearings for the brake cams to increase durability and lifetime. Finally there are also a set of 4 Performance Carbon Rear Wheel Hub Easy Handling Adjustment Plates. Optimised the rear hub geometry, they deliver a more stable rear end while maintaining steering, resulting in a smoother and more consistent driving feel across several track conditions.

Jetko J-ONE 1:8 Truggy Race Tyre

Tyre manufacturer Jetko has released the 1:8 Truggy version of its J-One tyre. Originally released as a buggy tyre at the beginning of 2024, the J-One is engineered for maximum traction and stability in high-performance 1:8 Truggy racing. Its tread features tightly packed, stretched hexagonal pins that create a large, consistent contact patch for exceptional forward drive and corner speed on high-grip surfaces. The reinforced layout provides strong side bite and predictable handling under heavy Truggy loads. Flexible belt technology minimises tyre growth at high speeds, improving stability and consistency throughout a run. Jetko recommend the tyre for smooth, hard-packed, blue-groove, and carpet tracks.

Team Associated RC8B4.2 Team Kit

Team Associated has announced its latest 1:8 Buggy Kit offering with the release of the RC8B4.2 platform. Offered as an RC8B4.2 Team Kit for low-traction and rough bumpy tracks, the RC8B4.2 Euro Kit for high-grip sweeping race surfaces, and the RC8B4.2e eBuggy electric kit, they each get a number of new updates. Features include a new molded height-adjustable gearboxes front and rear, new offset hubs and updated rear suspension arms to accommodate new hub geometry and a new V2 FWB chassis, the B4.2 getting the RWB/FWB adjustable weight bias chassis. The kits also get a new high-volume centre differential, new long chassis brace options and a new high-downforce wing. The buggy also now includes FT hard-anodised aluminium shock bushings, updated brake pad material and brake spring, soft blend material suspension arms and 8-degree KPI steering blocks included.
