Reds Racing 321 ESTREMO 5.7 mm Venturi XFlow

Italian engine tuner Reds Racing has announced that the complete 1:8 Offroad 321 Estremo Venturi Range featuring the introduction of the new 5.7 mm Venturi XFlow is now available.  The Venturi XFlow System has been designed to maximise airflow and improve carburation stability.  Thanks to its Ultra Short design, it optimises the air intake path, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently resulting in faster throttle response, easier carburettor tuning, stronger overall engine performance, and consistency throughout races.  The complete venturi lineup now includes the new 5.7 mm for maximum fuel efficiency and extended runtime, the 6.0 mm for maximum torque and improved fuel efficiency, the 7.0 mm for the perfect balance between power and drivability, and the 8.0 mm for maximum airflow and top-end performance.  The newly introduced 5.7 mm Venturi XFlox has been specifically developed for drivers looking to further reduce fuel consumption while maintaining the exceptional drivability and performance that have made the 321 Estremo one of the most competitive engines on the market.

Takashima D-13 CAT PB Concept Spring Steel Chassis

Following extensive track testing and continuous refinement, Takashima D-13 has released its new 1.2mm Concept Spring Steel Chassis for the Schumacher CAT PB 1:10 4WD Buggy.  Developed specifically for modern high-grip racing conditions, compared to a conventional aluminium chassis of the same design, the spring steel version features a significantly thinner profile while maintaining exceptional strength, resulting in a lower centre of gravity and improved overall chassis balance.  Thanks to the unique material properties of spring steel, the chassis also delivers a more controlled flex characteristic, allowing the suspension to work more efficiently under load.  Unlike aluminium, spring steel has a much higher elastic modulus, enabling the chassis to return to its original shape more consistently after repeated loading.  This provides more repeatable handling, improved chassis consistency and a more predictable driving feel throughout a race.  On the track, the 1.2mm spring steel chassis offers increased cornering stability, improved rear traction and more precise steering response, while maintaining excellent support through high-speed sections.  These characteristics make it particularly well suited to high-grip carpet and clay tracks, where excessive chassis flex can reduce consistency and overall performance.  Designed to combine a low centre of gravity with an ideal balance of rigidity and controlled flex, the Takashima D-13 Concept Spring Steel Chassis provides Schumacher CAT PB racers with a stable, confidence-inspiring platform capable of delivering consistent lap times under demanding race conditions.

Kyosho MP11 Option Parts

Kyosho has released details of a range of new option parts for its MP11 1:8 Buggy platform, which was launched 1-year ago, that includes a one-piece engine mount plate, front knuckle plates, carbon shock towers, and other carbon plate components.  The one-piece engine mount plate improves the chassis rigidity resulting in the buggy performing jumps easier.  Offered in 0 and -3 options, the Kyosho red coloured front knuckle plates offer move set-up tuning options with the -3 plate allowing shorter steering turnbuckles to be used to gives a smoother response.  The carbon fibre parts offer both a weight saving and greater rigidity over the standard parts which results in further fine tuning options of the buggy set-up.  In addition to the shock towers, the carbon options include a Carbon Upper Plate, Center Differential Plate, Throttle Servo Plate, and Steering Servo Plate.
