Mugen Seiki MBX8R +4mm Chassis

Mugen Seiki Racing, the US distributor for the Japanese manufacturer, has announced the release of a new +4mm chassis for the MBX8R 1:8 Nitro Buggy. The hard coated aluminium chassis makes for a longer wheelbase for added stability. In addition to the longer chassis option, they have also added a 119mm Rear Center Drive Shaft which is necessary to make the conversion. Sold as a set, it is also possible to by the chassis and shaft individually.

Reds Racing 321 ESTREMO X Line Off-Road Engine

Italian engine tuner Reds Racing has collaberated with iconic Japanese engine manufacturer O.S. to bring offroad racers the new 321 ESTREMO X Line Off-Road Engine. The new X Line debuts with the 321 ESTREMO, a 3-port engine designed to offer a different driving character compared to their well-known 721 S Line platform. The 721 S Line will continue to be fully produced in Italy, maintaining the same philosophy, engineering approach, and performance characteristics that have defined it over the years. The new 321 engine is manufactured in Japan and has been fully developed according to Reds Racing design, engineering, and testing specifications. Final assembly and tuning are carried out directly by Mario Rossi and Marco Rossi, ensuring the performance standards and precision expected from Reds Racing engines. The development of the new 321 ESTREMO represents an important collaboration between Reds Racing and one of the most respected companies in the RC engine industry, O.S. Engine.

Infinity IFB8 Buggy platform Option Parts

Having released its first electric 1:8 Buggy, the IFB8 EV, at the start of the week, Infinity has introduced two new option parts designed for both the nitro and electric variants of the platform in the form of Ackermann plates and rear wing mounting nuts. The new -1 Steering Plates give further adjustment of the Ackermann. Switching from the kit-standard steering plates expands the range of available setup options. The red finish Aluminium Wing Fixed Nuts replaces the standard M3 locknut and makes removal and installation of the rear wing easier. For the electric IFB8 EV, Infinity has also introduced 15T and 17T pinion gears to allow racers adjust the final drive ratio and further optimise the power delivery according to track layout and driving conditions.

TZO T500 Truggy Tyre

California based tyre brand TZO has released a new 1:8 Truggy tyre, the T500. The big brother to the 500 buggy pattern, it is engineered for peak performance on high-bite, grooved-up TNR style tracks and East Coast–style tracks. Featuring a refined small-pin tread design, the T500 uses strategically placed pins to deliver enhanced cornering grip and stability while maintaining strong forward drive. The updated carcass design provides a stable sidewall with the optimal balance of lightweight feel, flex, and consistency.

Factory Team RC10B84 Center 56mm CVA bone

Factory Team, the Team Associated option parts & accessories line, has released this new Center CVA 56mm bone for the RC10B84 1:10 4WD Buggy. This is a must have for those who want to use the centre diff in the forward position. The bone is laser etched along the shaft for easy part recognition. The forward differential position means this front bone needs to be paired with #92551 for the rear centre bone to reach the differential.

Machined from high-quality steel, offering deformation resistance and wear durability, this Front Lower Suspension A Mount is compatible with the B4.1/B4/T4/B3.2/T3.2. Weighing in a 22.8 grams compared to their Aluminium version at 8.05 grams, this increased weigh optimises front weight distribution improving high-speed stability and cornering grip.

Scale Speed 1:10 Buggy Titanium Skid Plates

Arizona based Scale Speed has released a range of titanium skid plates for 1:10 buggies from Xray, Losi, and Mugen Seiki. Having alreasy offered the skid plates for the Associated’s B7/SC7/T7, B84, RB10, and RC10 vintage models, at 1.5 mm thick, these Grade 5 titanium plates protect the chassis and add a high chance of throwing dazzling white sparks when your car scrapes the track or other hard surfaces. The new additions to their lineup include the Losi 22X DC, Mugen Seiki MSB1, and Xray XB2 and XB4.
