VP-Pro has released this upgraded Clutch Set. Keeping the same philosophy of making a high-performance mounted clutch, the aluminium shoes have been redesigned, improving performance, durability and preventing it from wearing the spring and causing possible spring breakage due to friction. The springs have also been redesigned to adapt it to the new shoes and avoid possible breakage. The 0.9mm/1.0mm/1.1mm springs are available to choose as an optional part, to best suit your driving style and track conditions. VP Pro also offer the clutch with a disassemble tool.
Having released in July the YZ10 Classic Kit as a tribute to the successful partnership between Team Associated and Yokomo, Team Associated are now releasing the Yokomo YZ-10 Classic Blue Kit. In the world of remote-controlled car racing, the 1989 IFMAR Worlds in Australia marked a pivotal moment. Infinity has released two lightweight optionals for their IFB8 1:8 Nitro Buggy. Machined from 7075-T6 alloy and featuring a hard coating, the CVA Cup Shaft lightweight design make them 4.3 grams compared to the steel version’s 8.3 grams allowing you to save weight and achieve maximum performance. It can also be installed on the rear hub providing additional support, which is recommended for high-grip and fast tracks. Also made from 7075-T6 alloy, lightweight Diff Cross Shafts each weigh 0.65 grams allowing you to cut weight from your transmission and achieve maximum performance. It can be installed on all the differentials of your vehicle.
Following on from the release of their PEEK idler gears for the Team Associated B7, 1:10 offroad specialist manufacturer Willspeed has released this machined 30T PEEK Idler Gear for the Schumacher LD3 2WD Buggy. Continuing with the celebrations of their 60th anniversary, Team Associated has released the RC10 Green 40th Anniversary Edition kit. An alternate reproduction of Roger Curtis’s world championship-winning buggy design that changed the world of RC off road racing forever. The RC10 (RC coming from Roger’s initials) started as the vision of the Team Associated founder and became one of the most iconic RC cars in history. The RC10 Classic range features fully adjustable four-wheel independent suspension, an aluminium alloy monocoque tub and race-proven hardware throughout. Strength and durability are standard equipment. For maximum traction, the RC10 suspension is damped by long throw, fluid-filled racing shocks, using machined alloy cylinders and drill blank shafts for silky smooth action.
Italian engine manufacturer Nova Engines has released two brand new 1:8 Offroad engines. Claiming ‘the “X” revolution starts today’, the X3B and the X5B are the result of intense research and technological development and of the experience gained with their drivers on tracks all over the World. While issuing external images of the 3 port and 5 port engines, Nova hasn’t shown any images of their latest 3.5cc power units internals.
Xray has unveiled its latest 1:10 2WD Competition buggy with the release of the 2025 iteration of its XB2 platform. Available in both Carpet and Dirt editions, the platform features a thinner 2.0mm aluminium one-piece chassis which improves traction while a Unified mid-length chassis balances rear traction & steering response. The rear chassis section has been widened to improve stability and a new unique Flat Chassis Brace adds tunable flex control. Redesigned RF (C) arm holder integrates with Flat Chassis Brace. Updated longer side guards extend flex control & include a new fan mount position. The new 3G gearbox has been updated for the lower chassis brace and the buggy also get a new lowered motor mount. An Aluminum rear roll center holder adds a 3rd roll center position & clearance for the rear anti-roll bar collar. Other updates include shorter front arms for improved handling characteristics while redesigned rear arms add a 3rd shock mounting location for additional tuning options.
