RC Concept have released first images of their forthcoming EC8R 1/8th scale electric brushless motor. No official information are available yet but the motor utilises a black anodised aluminium can with red edge details and large venting openings for optimised heat dissipation. Large, gold-plated solder tabs and a rubber-protected sensor port round out the package. More information will become available in time for the release.

Coming from ST Racing Concepts and made for the Traxxas TRX-4 trail truck are the new CNC machined brass front steering knuckle and inner portal drive housing as well as the rear inner portal drive housing. Having more weight towards the lower part of the scale crawler can help with stability and climbing capability of the vehicle and brass option parts with its combination of durability and heavier weight can help achieve this performance edge. STRC’s new brass front steering knuckle/inner portal drive housing and the rear inner portal drive housing both increase the weight and add a combine total of nearly 150g to the lower portion of the vehicle. Both come black treated for realistic look and durability.

New from Flash Point R/C are 16mm shock bladder that are compatible with most major brands including Mugen Seiki, Kyosho, Xray, TLR, and Serpent. The volume compensators feature a reinforced web design that allow the bladder to hold their shape in the most extreme conditions. This will provide more consistent handling help improve the stability when landing large jumps.

Coming from Schelle Racing Innovations are the new outdrive savers for the TLR 22 SR buggy as well as a B6.1 Pro Built Pucks differential. As for the 22 SR aluminium outdrive savers, the parts were used by team driver Dakota Phend on his TLR 22 4.0 SR at the OCRC Stock Nationals and they are a custom fit to the SR outdrives to provide full coverage around the entire hub to massively increase durability. The parts machined from billet aluminium and weigh in at only 1.4g a pair.
Coming from Arrowmax is their new 20mm to 30mm ride height gauge for 1/10th and 1/8th scale off-road vehicles. The tool features the popular twist-type design for a compact appearance and easy and convenient usage. PR Racing have introduced their new SC201 1/10th 2WD mid-motor ready-to-run short course truck. The factory-assembled vehicle features large volume big bore shock absorbers, full ball bearings, and a mid-motor layout for best possible performance on a variety of surfaces. Steel CV-style driveshafts ensure reliable power supply with the truck coming with a pre-installed sensorless 3900kV brushless motor and and high-power speed controller.
