Available now from French brand Rusti Design are two carbon fibre ESC fan guards. Cut from 1mm high-quality carbon fibre and thus in most cases usable with the original fan mount hardware, the guards not only look good but they can also prevent damage to the fan’s blades by shielding them from larger debris or the speedo’s wires. The guards are available for 25mm or 30mm fans.
Modelix Racing have introduced the Ultimate Racing EFRA 2142 Super Strong off-road exhaust set. The pipe was designed to improve overall engine performance with a linear throttle response in the low to mid RPM range while offering great top end speed. All this is combined with high bottom end torque for improved acceleration out of corners and to clear jumps. The exhaust system includes the polished aluminium pipe, manifold, gaskets and mounting springs.

PR Racing have introduced an aluminium rear camber plate for the PRS1v3 FM 2WD buggy. Machined from high-quality material and coming black anodised for wear and looks the plate is a direct fit on the rear end of the v3 FM buggy, giving a number of different inner ballstud positions to fine-tune the roll centre settings and thus the handling of the vehicle. In addition the plate allows the fitment of the new optional 1.2mm, 1.3mm and 1.4mm rear swaybars.
Muchmore have introduced the new Race Helper Pro humidity and temperature monitor. The compact size device is easy to use both indoors and outdoors with the large LCD screen displaying the current humidity and temperature as well as highs and lows of both values. With a hinged stand the monitor is also easy to place on pit tables while a magnet on the backside allows to attach the device to magnetic surfaces.

Coming from JConcepts and made for the XB2 series of Xray buggies is the F2 body shell. Based off of the original Finnisher body, the F2 features a more aggressive look with performance to match. Cut-lines are included on each side of the body to accommodate stand-up and lay-down transmission layouts giving all out versatility. With the evolution of race tracks, complicated circuits combining more aggressive jumps and extremely high-speed corners, JConcepts incorporated many features which provide several benefits in the most critical situations. Increased windshield angle provides a steady force upfront during mid-flight wind gusts on large jumps. Forward cab placement changes performance/visible bias which helps steering rotation in low traction corners. The side-pods have been simplified and JC chamfered to remove unwanted changes in height to neutralise the at-speed handling. The front of the pods have a dual step, scoop treatment which give a first in class look to the F2 body. The rear of the cab has the Finnisher step feature which allows the placement of a secondary side window and also several louver options off the rear which can be trimmed to allow air to escape at the top of the body.
Rusti Design from France have introduced their new range of carbon fibre option parts for the Team Associated B6 series of buggies. Available now are 4mm gullwing and flat front as well as standard and long rear shock towers all of which match the standard suspension geometry. They feature an updated overall design though, making them stand out from the kit parts. Next up is a 1mm front bulkhead shim to lower the suspension mounts for improved steering while a +2mm rear gearbox shim set has been designed to raise the gearbox and shock tower block with an additional shim being provided for the specific laydown gearbox. Using the parts helps to maintain low driveshaft angles while lowering the chassis which can help avoid traction rolling on high-bite surfaces.
Coming from Pro-Line is the Utility Bed body for Honcho style crawler cabs and BFGoodrich Krawler T/A KX 1.9″ rock terrain truck tyre. Starting with the body shell accessory, the Utility Bed body allows to turn scale crawlers and trail trucks into a chase truck. It fits a wide range of bodies with the bed featuring diamond plating detailing on the top of the bed sides, it sports side storage just like the real thing, and offers plenty of space in the bed to add even more scale accessories. The utility bed works best with smaller diameter scale tyres like Pro-Line’s 1.9″ BFG KO2 tyres but can be trimmed to fit larger rubber if required. The body part comes clear and including a decal sheet with details.
Pro-Line have introduced the 2008 Ford F-250 body shell for solid axle monster trucks as well as the Devastator 2.6″ all terrain tyre. Starting with the body shell, the 2008 edition of the popular F-250 is a direct fit on many solid axle trucks with oversized wheel openings and a moulded toolbox making for a rugged style and attitude. The body comes clear, including window masks and a decals sheet with grille and light details.
