Infinity HB D413 carbon fibre shock towers

Infinity HB D413 carbon fibre shock towers

Coming from X Factory’s Infinity line of option parts are carbon fibre shock towers for the HB D413 buggy. Designed to replace the standard front and “B” rear shock tower both show small but significant improvements as there is more material on top of the shock mount holes and more outside the last hole to reduce possibility that the shock mount bolt will rip out landing a jump. This also helps with abrasion when the car is up-side-down. “A” and “C” shock towers are available on request.

Starting with the chassis stiffeners, the parts are machined from 7075-T6 material and they come grey anodised to match the remainder of the car’s option parts. A replacement for the standard composite parts the alloy braces reduce the chassis’ flex which can be beneficial in certain track conditions. Heavy machining keeps the weight gain at a minimum without sacrificing strength. The braces are available separately for the front and rear.

Reedy HV digital low-profile servos

Reedy have introduced two new high-voltage digital low-profile servos. Developed with both touring cars and 1/10th buggy racing in mind, the RS0806 LP (0.06s/8.3kg-cm) and RT1408 LP (0.08s/14.3kg-cm) offer precision metal gears, powerful motors and aluminium middle cases for fade-free performance. High-voltage compatibility means that increased ESC BEC output voltage can be used without fear of damaging sensitive internal components. Both servos also offer a stealthy black appearance with black receiver leads and they make use of standard 25T spline servo arms.
