SWorkz S35-2E 1/8th electric off-road buggy kit

SWorkz have introduced the new S35-2E 1/8th scale electric off-road buggy kit. Based on the proven S350 BE1 Evo the vehicle features a new rear suspension design and front Ackermann steering system that was taken over from the S350 EVO II Limited nitro buggy. Also part of the package is the new centre transmission system with a long front and short rear centre driveshaft. The S35-2E also includes higher quality parts, many options from stock as well as a refined shock system with optimised suspension geometry.

Schumacher 1/10th off-road alloy spring seats

Schumacher have introduced new aluminium spring seats for the company’s off-road vehicles such as the Cat K2 and Cougar KF2. The new alloy spring cups fit both small and big bore shocks, they offer 1mm more up travel over the standard kit spring seat and allow for better spring retaining, preventing a loss of the seats over large jumps and bumps.

JConcepts introduce 1/10th carpet & astro turf tyres

JConcepts have introduced their new range of carpet and astro turf tyres for 1/10th scale buggy applications. First up is the Swaggers 2WD front tyre that features a multitude of heights and angular rips for cornering speed, consistency and straight-line tracking ability. Designed for narrow slim style front wheels, circular-pattern sidewall ribs further support high-grip racing. The tyre is usable without inserts and it comes in the new pink medium soft compound marked with two pink dots.

Serpent Cobra SRX8 carbon fibre A-arm inserts

Serpent have introduced front and rear A-arm carbon fibre inserts for the Cobra SRX8 buggy. Cut from stiff 1.5mm carbon fibre the inserts are usable on the top, bottom or both sides of the wishbones in place for the standard composite inserts, resulting in less flexible arms which in turn leads to a more precise handling especially on high-bite surfaces. With three different configurations per arm the inserts allow for maximum tuneability. The parts use the original mounting hardware and they come in sets of two upper and two lower plates available separately for the front and the rear arms.

Pro-Line All-Terrain Cooler conversion

Pro-Line have introduced the All-Terrain Cooler conversion for wheeled coolers. Conveniently pre-built and easy to install the conversion makes use of a set of Pro-Line 2.8″ Trencher tyres on heavy duty F-11 wheels for a cool look and a more pleasant ride. Included in the set are also an extra-long axle and steel hardware. The F-11 wheels spin on oil-impregnated ball bearings. The conversion will become available very soon.

RPM X-Maxx upper & lower A-arms

RPM have introduced a set of upper and lower A-arms for the Traxxas X-Maxx monster truck. The redesigned items do away with breaking issues associated with the original parts. Starting with the upper A-arm, RPM used their proven A-arm designs from past builds to create an upper support structure sure to handle even massive abuse while the lower A-arm has better ground clearance than the stock arms and it also features a cross section based off of the company’s proven 1/5th scale HPI Baja A-arms. A double support beam on the lower arms spread impact energy over a larger area, meaning hard hits won’t lead to breakages. Being of an universal fit the arms, moulded from RPM’s own nylon blend, fit on any corner of the truck and four sets are needed to equip one full vehicle.

Mibosport Yokomo on-road & off-road chassis skins

Mibosport have introduced new chassis skins for Yokomo’s latest on-road and off-road vehicles. Coming pre-cut, in a carbon fibre design and sporting the respective car logos the decals protect the chassis bottom from becoming damaged or excessively scratched on abrasive surfaces. They are available for the YZ-2 and YZ-4 buggy, the BD7-2016 touring with carbon or aluminium chassis as well as the YR-10 formula car.

Available during this weekend’s Mugen Cup in Reims, France are Mugen Seiki Europe’s glamorous MBX7 rear chassis weights. Cut from heavy brass material and coming in a matte brass or polished chrome-plated finish the parts not only add weight to the rear end of the MBX7 platform but they also look very trick and show your passion to everything Mugen.
