Reds Racing R7 Evoke V2.0 engine

New from Reds Racing and made for low-grip and tight off-road tracks is the R7 Evoke V2.0 off-road engine. The V2.0, derived from the popular R7 Evoke V1.0, offers a special toque curve than can be beneficial on those smaller or not-so-grippy tracks. The features list include a 7-port sleeve with exhaust port boosters, a silicon filled, balanced and tuned crankshaft, a front high sealing and rear ceramic bearing as well as the RDC hard coating back plate. Also part of the package is Reds Racing’s revolutionary HCX horizontal long needle carburettor that was first seen during last year’s IFMAR 1/8th Buggy Worlds in Italy. On top of that each engine is hand-tuned, hand-inspected and compression checked by Marion Rossi before leaving the factory to ensure a maximum in performance and quality control.

Xray XB4 aluminium central bulkhead

New from Xray for the XB4 4wd buggy is this aluminium central bulkhead. A direct replacement of the composite central bulkhead for better reinforcement, greater reliability and longer life it has been CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7076 aluminium and additionally black coated and laser engraved.

Arrowmax High Speed Bearing Oil set

Arrowmax introduces the new High Speed Bearing Oil set containing specially formulated ball race lubricant and Arrowmax’ Honeycomb bearing meter. The oil offers quick lubrication and it is very oxidation resistant which prevents a loss of viscosity over time. Included with the oil also comes an application needle for quick and clean application.

Speed Passion V4.0 Stock brushless motors

New from Speed Passion come the V4.0 Stock electric brushless motors. Designed to meet EFRA, BRCA and ROAR specifications the motors build on the V4.0 Modified series in terms of can design but they offer improved cooling vents for better heat dissipation and lowered running temperatures. Taken over from Modified motors is also the new end bell design that incorporates a plug-in system using bullet-type connectors over the standard solder tab design used by other companies. The motors come in a range of windings including 10.5T, 13.5T, 17.5T, 21.5T and 25.5T variants.

Gravity RC Break In Bit for 12mm hex wheels

Gravity RC Break In Bit is designed to adapt off-road and touring car tyres to any drill for break-in procedure. The tool features a 12mm hex to fit most wheels on the market and it is of a heavy duty design that is both precise and sturdy. Once the wheel is attached to the tool it allows to scrub the tyre’s surface using Gravity RC’s tyre file or a piece of scotch brite.

New FX B5 nitro buggy engine coming soon

FX Engines announces the soon release of the all-new FX B5 nitro buggy engine. Based on the 5K, the engine that allowed Xray’s Martin Wollanka to take the European Vice-championship, the power plant will feature several refinements and improvements such as a diamond-coated crankshaft and ceramic bearings. The engine will become available separately or as a combo set including a suitable muffler and manifold set. More information on features and specifications are available very soon.

Kyosho Inferno MP9 TKI3 ReadySet-1

Coming soon from Kyosho is the Inferno MP9 TKI 3 ReadySet 1/8th nitro off-road buggy. Based on the World Championship winning MP9 platform the buggy features some cost efficient parts such as stamped aluminium shock towers to reduce cost without sacrificing strength and functionality. The buggy features a split receiver and receiver battery box layout as the full option kit as well as short rear suspension arms, threaded aluminium big bore shock absorbers, full ball bearings and a factory-installed KE21R recoil starter engine with polished tuned muffler. Included are also a high torque waterproof servo and a 2.4GHz radio system with LC display alongside a pre-designed bodyshell and pre-glued wheels.
