VBC Racing now have these 1-piece front rear suspension mounting brackets for the Wildfire touring car available. They are designed to replace the stock “split” mounts on the Wildfire and Wildfire D06 kits and help to make the front end of the car more rigid which can be helpful in very high-bite conditions. Available as P00 and P05 variant the brackets are a direct replacement.

Smokem Racing have released their new spring steel spool cups for the Team Associated TC6.2 and TC6.1. Made from Smokem’s own spring steel formula, these claim to be some of the toughest wearing drive cups available on the market today. They are further hard coated to increase durability. Ready for use without blades it provides a smooth yet reliable setup as blades can break or wear during use which has a big effect on the handling during a run.

Capricorn have released a number of new items for their 1/8th and 1/10th cars. First up is the new double reverse clutch system for their 1/10th car, which also works on the NT1 and Velox V10. The new clutch is available in red or black version and helps increase the power of the engine when it engages while maintaining the same top speed. An aluminium clutch bell reduces the weight by 70% over the steel version for more acceleration. New for both classes is an updated damper system with quadra o-ring and improved bottom cup for smoother shock shaft action as well as easier assembly. Finally for the C801 is a new front carbon shock tower with a different profile which helps increase steering in the entry of the corner.
Protoform have announced that they have released a lightweight version of their G6-T oval racing body. Now available in lightweight .025” lexan to compliment the original and slightly heavier .030” version.

Yeah Racing have new heatsink fan mounts for 540-size electric motors available. Coming in blue, black and gun metal colour the mounts are CNC-machined from aluminium and offer mounting patterns for both 30mm and 40mm fan units. The design allows to adjust the distance from the motor as well as the angle of the fan making it ideal for touring cars, 4WD buggies and 4WD short course trucks.

Japanese company TRG introduce the TRG 114, the follow-up kit of the 112. The conversion kit for Tamiya F103 and F104 cars makes use of a 79mm wide 2.4mm carbon fibre chassis with link-type rear suspension. The car is designed for the use with a wide range of battery configurations including 19mm and 25mm high LiPo batteries, it features new black fibre glass 1.2mm side links, updated rear pivot positions for increased traction and side bite, redesigned roll tube dampers with O-ring seals as well as new steering knuckles. The kit also includes the new V2 motor mount that allows to mount a cooling fan as well as rear ride height adjustment via 8 different axle spacers. Coming in a 180mm and 200mm wide version the TRG114 conversion kit will hit the stores beginning of 2014.

Novarossi just released this teaser for the forthcoming line of Live Range nitro engines. The engines will hit the stores in January and, by the looks of things, may include .21 off-road and on-road as well as .12 on-road engines. Following the recent release of hard composite suspension arms for the RX8 car, Xray now also have more rigid suspension parts for the NT1 200mm sedan available. Made from a new, harder material the parts come in handy when racing in high ambient temperatures or on high bite tracks. The symmetrical arms can be used on the left and right hand side of the car with front upper, front lower wire-type anti-roll bar and rear lower A-arms being available.
