The kit contains a new main chassis, motor pod, upper plate and tons of hardware to not only upgrade an existing chassis but also to refresh parts such as screws and springs.

Following on from their successful T3MX chassis, Smokem Racing has now released the new 417MX chassis for the TRF417 series of electric touring cars. The 417MX is a medium flex 2.25mm thick chassis that is ideal for medium to high traction conditions. It has a wide tuning window which allows you to dial in your car over a range of temperature and track conditions. The 417MX utilizes the same distinctive carbon weave first found on the 417FX chassis and also features distinctive curved profile cutouts which improves chassis response during quick direction changes and turn-in, while maintaining maximum rear traction. With an overall width of only 88mm, scrubbing during hard cornering is minimized.

JConcepts introduces the Scalpel speed-run body and front bumper conversion to convert the Slash 4×4 into an insane speed-run machine. Looking straight into the headlights you can tell right away something is different about the Scalpel. A menacing look from the front-end highlighted by a dramatic chin-spoiler, the front-end is built for speed and direction. Large fenders allow plenty of clearance for the 2.8” G-Locs tires and the extremely low roof-line cuts like a knife. A shallow bed area gives the Scalpel a truck-like appearance while maintaining that all inclusive speed-line structure. Finishing off the body is clean and smooth with the inclusion of grill, headlight, taillight and miscellaneous logos that make the Scalpel look the part.

After months of tests on several different tracks including 2 weeks of testing in Thailand on the circuit which will host the 1/10th World Championship, Contact are pleased to announce a new double compound front tyre. With excellent feedback from multiple World and European Championship winners Robert Pietsch, Dario Balestri and Andy Moore they have concluded that these new tyres give more steering on all the tracks and in varying conditions.
