Shepherd V10 Velox yellow clutch shoe

Shepherd have introduced their new performance enhancing yellow clutch shoe for the V10 Velox competition clutch. Successfully tested by their factory team drivers the shoe is CNC-machined from a special high grip material that is a little bit harder than the standard black material. Due to the high friction surface it slips less providing maximum acceleration also on high grip tracks when setting the engaging point to high RPMs.

CSO MRX-5 aluminum option parts

CSO have released more new parts for the Mugen MRX-5. All machined from 7075 T6 aluminium and then hard coated for extra durability, the new parts include the front upper suspension bracket, the rear lower arm mount, the lightweight 51T rear belt pulley and finally the 2 speed shaft brackets.

Yokomo R12 wide chassis conversion

Yokomo have introduced a wide main chassis conversion for their World Championship winning R12. The front width of this optional chassis is 6mm wider than that of standard chassis and as a result the stability of R12 improves and is very effective on high grip surfaces such as carpet. The set includes a new front damper, stabilizer and steering tie rod.

MLC Extreme fuel

After intensive development and testing LC Racing have announced the new MLC Extreme fuel by Lamberto Collari. Available in 2.0 liter cans only, this new mixture is especially formulated for 1/10 and 1/8 on road cars and is available in 16% and 25% nitro. While the 2010 formula will continue to be available, the Extreme fuel helps obtain lower temperature, lower consumption and more power.

Similar in function to that released for the 966 yesterday, Serpent have released this V2 rear end upgrade set for the 733. The new parts enable the rear end and 2-speed brackets to be connected with rubber or aluminium connectors for more or less flex. Delrin bushings are once again included to seat the anti-roll bar bearings as well as the 2-speed axle bearings to prevent slop created by vibrations.

Schumacher Big Bore touring car shocks

Schumacher have introduced the first large diameter ‘Big Bore’ shocks on to the market for 1/10th Touring Car’s. Under testing for many months the team have found these larger diameter shocks an extremely good tuning option for the Mi4 and will also fit other Touring Cars. Especially good on bumpy, lower traction tracks but equally at home on higher grip surfaces, the assembled units are sold as a pair, and include popular 16lb springs.
