Hasi Tuned .21 W.C. Japan Edition

With the 1:8 Onroad World Championship just around the corner, Hasi Tuned is making available a very limited run of .21 engines aptly called the W.C. Japan Edition. Only 10 units will be offered for sale with special features of the engine being the outer head being made with new material making it 2.3 grams lighter than the previous one and which is finished with a W.C Special Design. Coming in a new WC Special Design Combo Box, the engine gets an optional Hasi Venturi, optional Hasi Back plate, 9 Ports AAC piston and sleeve, Front Full Steel Swiss Ball Bearing and Rear Ceramic Swiss Ball Bearing. The combo is completed with a HT04 Manifold & Efra 2174 24k Gold coated pipe.

Awesomatix A800R new parts release

Awesomatix has released a number of new parts for it A800 1:10 Electric Touring Car. A new Rear Belt Tensioner for A800R mounts on the chassis right behind the motormount further reducing belt skipping on the rear pulley and extends the lifespan of the belts. They also have a new APS Additional Progressive Spring set which is designed for use on A800R. Progressive conical tapered springs of the APS set press on the lower suspension arms and add a progression into the suspension spring rate. Test results showed more consistent lap times with improved overall feeling on the low-med grip asphalt and carpet tracks. Two types of springs are included in the APS set – SPR-P1 spring, adding ~13 gf/mm average suspension rate on the wheel and a slight progression, and SPR-P2 spring, adding ~20 gf/mm average suspension rate on the wheel and increased progression. The SPR-P1 spring is mainly recommended on the rear end of the car, while the SPR-P2 is recommended for the front end of the car. It is also possible to add only the progression into suspension rate without increasing the total average suspension rate. In that case you should soften the main leaf springs settings by 13gf/mm when using SPR-P1 and 20gf/mm in case of SPR-P2 usage.

The chassis which features extra holes for fine tunes chassis weights, is perfect for racing on carpet tracks but is also a great option for tuning the car for high grip outdoor asphalt tracks.

MR33 A800 alu servo holder single arm steering

MR33 has released a new aluminium servo holder single arm steering for the Awesomatix A800R / A800MMX 1:10 Touring Car. The 8 gram LCG servo mounts have a very low profile as no material extends beyond the servo. This lowers your car’s centre of gravity and allows your servo housing to shine in its original design when you look at the vehicle from above. The servo floats 0.5mm above the chassis and does not affect its flexibility.

Destiny clamp design single bell-crank steering

Team Destiny has introduced a new optional clamp design single bell-crank steering set for its RX-10SR3.0 1:10 Electric Touring Car. It features two different linkage widths for steering response adjustment with three different Ackermann angles selectable. It is supplied with two 5x9x3mm large ball bearing for increase stability and mount on the kit servo floating servo mount directly.

Beat1Racing RC Bike Pit Mat

Japanese RC bike manufacturer Beat1Racing has released a new limited run rubber pit mat for RC bikes. Measuring 60 X 40cm and 0.5cm thick, the surface of the mat is oil and stain resistant with an anti-slip backing to keep it securely in place as you work on your bike.

LRP G4.1 5100 HV Ultra LCG Stock Spec Battery

LRP has released their all new G4.1 5100 HV Ultra LCG Stock Spec Battery, which the German brand say is the first time Stock Spec battery technology in Ultra LCG height available for 1:10 Touring Cars. The G4 6100 Stock Spec (22,5mm height) was the favourable battery of their range for Stock Indoor Carpet racing or on tight asphalt tracks last season. The all new G4.1 5100 Stock Spec battery offers Ultra LCG design of just 20.0mm height for lower centre of gravity, lighter weight and therefore improved handling. Intensive testing has shown that the new battery offers an advantage at TC Stock Indoor Racing with handout motors. With strong 13.5 turn EFRA Stock motors like the X22 Stock Spec timeable, this new battery offers improved handling but the 6100 might offer more power giving racers the choice to choose the best battery for the track conditions.
