RC Maker have released another batch of new option parts for the Mugen MTC2. Starting with floating LCG electronics plates in both carbon & brass, the brass version adds an additional 26 grams with optional plates to add even more. There is also floating LCG ESC plates in both carbon & brass, the latter coming in at 14grams. RC Maker have also produced new 3D Pro Direct mount fan shrouds in 30mm & 40mm and finally a 21g Optional weight plate that can be either taped down or installed with FEP. These products add to their line of floating weights, making it super easy to remove and install electronics, adding weight to your car in the areas that it need them and making sure none of it effects the flex of your chassis.

Front-end protection and weight are critical on all RC vehicles and in particular drag racing. JConcepts is once again on task with the release of the brass front bulkhead for the Team Associated DR10 line of vehicles. The all-brass machined bulkhead is spot on in terms of geometry, fit, finish and position and adds extra weight to assist in keeping the front-end down during high-speed runs. The power plant is modified with the specifications of Silvio and professionally tuned, offering a differently timed crankshaft, a modified case and sleeve. The specifications aim to increase speed, giving extra power over the whole RPM range. This type of engine is a perfect choice for small tracks or for beginner drivers who want a surplus of power compared to the standard engine.

From Capricorn RC for their ONE .21 engines is a bi-compound backplate. It is made of 2 materials, steel and aluminium, with the backplate featuring a new design to help with better internal fluid dynamics and increase coanda effect. In testing this has helped in improve torque and top speed for the engines and gaining around 10 seconds more run time.

Lots of new items for the Awesomatix A800MMX from Deadfly with a new top, full adjustable LiPo holder sets for standard and narrow LiPos and a new bumper plate. The single sided top deck design provides a brilliant option for mid motor layouts providing a well balanced front to rear flex. Installing or removing the three ST019 screws behind the spur gear, you can change the flex point of the car instantly, Alternatively cut one if not all of the rear tabs from the top deck to even further alter the flex characteristics, providing you a lot of option in not only adjusting the flex point of the car along with overall flex and characteristics. The LiPo holders incorporate 2mm of forth and back adjustment in the lower spacer to ensure a perfect fit, while maintaining the factories left to right moment within the L-shaped hooks for the perfect weight balance. 15mm post fits perfectly into the recess within L-shaped hooks, with a low profile M3 nut in the other ensuring the whole system can be tightened and not move. Carbon Fibre DeadFly twist clamp, featuring an integrated o-ring eliminating the need to loosen/tighten the clamps every time. The 3mm high quality carbon fibre bumper plate is a direct replacement for the Awesomatix standard plastic plate. The bumper plate is designed in aiding in the prevention of hard impacts from snapping the main chassis.
Reds Racing have introduced their new super powerful 7 port on-road engine called the 721 Pista. The new 721 Pista engine features extreme power, high reliability and tuning stability. Combined with specific technical changes in the porting and new materials, this 7 ports engine features higher power and better fuel efficiency compared to any other engine. The new engine comes with a DLC Coated crankshaft and backplate for improved engine durability. The crankshaft can last approximately 3 times more than a standard crankshaft thanks to the extreme hardness of the diamond coating. Even the conrod life is lengthened about 50%.
