Tekno RC Losi Ten-SCTE option parts

Tekno RC have released new option parts for the Losi Ten-SCTE short course truck. The M6 driveshafts and lightened outdrives feature the ‘big ball’ design with a larger diameter outdrive ball whose design provides smoother suspension action and prevents the axle from hitting the outdrives on full compression. Included in the set are new outdrives to accept the redesigned driveshafts and also new stub axles to allow for more steering angle. All parts are super lightweight yet rigid thanks to their hardened surface.

RPM Ten-SCTE rear bumper, mud flaps & number plate

RPM introduce the rear bumper and mud flaps and number plate kit for Losi’s Ten-SCTE truck. Available separately the redesigned rear bumper adds protection to the bodyshell by being relocated compared to the stock part. Added material around the screw holes make for a more rigid bumper. The mud flaps and number plate kit is an accessory item that adds a scale look to the truck. The mounting holes of the mud flap support arms place the mud flaps at an angled 15 degree, mimicking a few renegade full-sized short course trucks currently in popular racing series. Short Course Kings Series Rd3 report

Round 3 of the Short Course Kings Series race took place in the small town of High Springs, FL at Shiverville Raceway. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect with the sun shining and temps in the upper 70’s. The track developed an exceptional groove from Friday afternoon practice giving the 110 racers all the traction they could handle leading into Saturday’s official race day. JConcepts was once again on hand trackside to help support the local racers and the series. With two rounds of qualifying under way, JConcepts drivers put the pressure on by TQ’ing their respective classes; Tracey Carver (Blinky Stk), Billy Bruce (Boosted Stk), Paul Wynn (Pro2 Open), and Chris Viesins (Pro 4 Open). The mains got rolling and it was apparent that these 4 drivers where going to take full advantage of their well earned TQ spot. All four drivers with their fully equipped JConcepts SCT’s went on to dominate the field by winning each and every class of the SCK Series.
