Yeah Racing have released this aluminium solid axle insert for the use with Team Associated’s SC10 4×4 SC truck. CNC-machined from aluminium and anodised blue the solid axle insert is usable with both the front and the rear differential, weights in at 5.7g and is a direct replacement for the kit’s differential gears.

Avid is pleased to announce their off-road wheel line. The first release will be the Sabertooth SC wheel for the SC10 family of trucks, followed closely by a version for Losi trucks. The 5-spoke wheel is of a lightweight design, incorporate a +3mm offset to get the truck to the maximum legal width and sport an over-sized glue catch bead. The center-point injected wheels offer maximum trueness and sport a swirl pattern design to mate with serrated wheel locking nuts for added security. Available in black colour and as pack of 1 or group of 6 pairs.

Yeah Racing have released this front arm mount A from aluminium for the Associated SC10 4X4 truck. A great upgrade from the standard plastic parts, or to replace broken parts, it offers less flexing the than standard part and is long lasting & durable. Anodised in dark blue it weighs in at 5 grams.

Team Losi Racing have introduced their new Hi-Performance SCT body in the wake of this weeks Cactus Classic race in Arizona. The body will fit the Losi XXX-SCT and Ten-SCTE as well as many other makes and sports a special design with air escapes in the hood, fenders and rear section to let the air flow through the body to overcome the parachute effect often associated with SC bodies. It will become available around end of April/beginning of May.

Team Losi Racing and Losi’s Frank Root, Matt Castellano, Anthony Mazzara, and Toddie Anderson all made the trip to Round 1 of Scotty Ernst’s Short Course Showdown tour! Scotty chose to kick off the tour at Todd Anderson’s RC Excitement in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, a great decision as RCE had a great layout, a rockin’ atmosphere, and a strong turnout at 180. The “Showdown” has a unique format with all heads up starts in qualifying, making each run important to qualify well for the finals.

Once again JConcepts was on the road as we headed south to beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Bashers R/C Raceway for round #2 of the Short Course Kings Series. Bashers welcomed us with a great new layout that was already grooved up and ready for racing action. Practice got underway early Saturday morning with many of the racers running Bar Codes and or Pressure Points in Blue compound. With qualifying underway, all the usual suspects were in the hunt for that all important TQ position.
