Power HD supports Fenimore

Power HD has announced that they have teamed up with veteran US racer and multiple National Champion Johnee Fenimore to use their servos as part of his racing program. A veteran of 3 decades of racing 1:10 Modified Touring Car, 1:12, Nitro Touring Car and Offroad, based at the RC Car Club of America (RCCA) track in Texas, Fenimore is also well known for his support of racers including supporting Xray’s Chris Adam recent ROAR National title double at the track at the beginning of March. A finalist himself in Modified Touring Car, Fenimore will use Power HD GTS-2 and M8H servos across the various racing disciplines.

Compatible with the RX8, RX8E, and X8, this front lower bumper features extra body stops to limit the body movement, especially in high speed corners. Made from high-quality, special composite material to withstand hard impacts, it has body mount positions to fit all popular racing bodies. Downforce deflectors increase downforce. The downforce of the car can be easily controlled and adjusted using the removable bumper outer window inserts.

1080RC acquire HB Racing brand

French based 1080RC has announced that it has acquired the HB Racing brand. Under CEO John Ferte, known formerly for his work with Mugen Seiki and Kyosho, 1080RC will bring back the one time leading competition RC brand. 1080RC is an international design and manufacturing studio specialised in consumer goods and small Autonomous and Remote Controlled Unmanned Vehicles for Industrial, Leisure, Space and National Security with innovative approach from design to production. Corporate headquarters, along with the main distribution facility and product service center, are located in Europe and Asia.

Italian tyre manufacturer Hotrace Tyres has added to its 1:10 Offroad tyre range with the introduction of the new Astro V1. As the name highlights, racing on artificial surfaces require a lot of stability and forward-bite and the design team went to work to substantially improve performance. The new Astro V1 is light-weight , very versatile, and has shown it works in many natural and artificial conditions in low or high grip conditions. It is offered in 2 compounds, Soft (Pink dot) and Medium (Blue dot).

Inaugural All Japan RC Motorcycle Championship

The first-ever All Japan Radio Control Motorcycle Championship was held at the K2 International Circuit, formerly known as Keitune Circuit, in Chiba over the weekend. The event featured three classes: Superbike, Stock Bike, and 1:4 Motard, with a total of 28 entries across six qualifying rounds and three finals. In the Superbike class, Andrew Ting dominated, achieving TQ in qualifying and pole-to-win victories in all three finals. In the Stock Bike and Motard classes, Toshinori Yanagisawa participated in both and achieved a remarkable double victory. This event served as a significant step towards raising awareness of the radio control motorcycle market, fostering skill improvement among the participants and demonstrating the importance of hosting such a large-scale competition.

INOV8 has introduced this brand new Magnetic Caster Tool Set for Awesomatix, Xray and Schumacher 1:10 Electric Touring Cars. Available in 30mm, 40mm, and 45mm versions to suit your existing brand of set-up station, simply use your existing steel screws, or install the ones in the packet to the outside of your hub, and clip the caster tool on. The magnets will hold it in place for you to get a very accurate reading of your caster. When finished, simply unclip the caster tool from the hub and move to the next hub. The pointer lengths are from the centre of your cars axle, to the tip of the pointer. The set includes 2x Magnetic Caster Tools and 4x M3x5 Nickel Plated Steel Screws.

Compact in size and great for traveling, the cases which have been in the works for a while are made from premium plastic and feature heavy duty clasps and rubber seal to protect some of your biggest investments in your pits. The insert is made of EVA Foam and the top is high density open cell to hold both your batteries and motors safely and securely in place. In motor configuration the stylish case hold up to 10 motors, 3 rotors, a Reflex Racing Pinion Holder and includes a small 35mm x 35mm clam shell to store motor accessories such as sensor cables, end bells and motor shims. Compatible with 15mm and 16mm motors. The battery case holds up to 11 hard case batteries. They are compatible with 20mm or 24mm wide as well as 12.5 or 13.0mm tall batteries.
