Much More UK GP 2009

After the huge success of previous year’s events, the 2009 Much-More UK GP will be once again held at the impressive Stonehaven circuit in Scotland from the 12th to the 14th of June. Last year saw Olly Jefferies win in the Stock class, while rising star Elliot Harper took top honours in Modified, and with this years schedule seeing the addition of a World GT and Mini class there should be even more close racing action. Entry is currently open, with Associated Factory driver Olly Jefferies already confirmed and planning to go one better and do the double this year.

GRP Gandini factory destroyed by fire

GRP Gandini factory destroyed by fire

We received the terrible news out of Italy that fire has ripped through the GRP Gandini factory in Guidizzolo, Italy last night. Thick, and i’m sure toxic, smoke fueled by plastic in the building filled the air around the blaze. Needless to say this is a massive set back for the manufacturer and their employees, but thankfully it seems no one was hurt and the Gandini brothers will hopefully rebuild. We will keep you informed of any updates.
