3DRC from Germany have introduced the Awesomatix caster fingers for the A700 and A800 touring cars as well as two new fan mounts. Starting with the caster fingers, a simple bolt-on design the 3-D-printed pointers are attached to the wheel axles and when combined with Hudy’s 1/10th on-road setup system they allow for easy and precise caster adjustment on the car’s front and rear suspension. The caster fingers come in sets of four.
Coming from 3DRC and made for LRP speed controllers using round diameter power capacitors is a 3-D-printed capacitor mount. The simple design allows to attach the mount using double sided tape while the capacitor is held in place using a M3x3mm set screw, making for a more secure mounting of the otherwise hard to attach capacitor. The mount is available through 3DRC’s Shapeways store.
Coming from 3DRC are these handy diff oil reminder plates for the Team Associated B6 platform. Ideal for drivers that lost their latest setup sheet the plates help to indicate the currently used diff oil viscosity as they are simply attached to the rear camber mount brace using the existing screws. The set includes ten plates for 1,000 to 10,000 fluids and it is available through 3DRC’s Shapeways store.

Made for Team Associated’s B6 series of buggies is 3DRC’s new -2mm rear gearbox brace. The 3-D-printed part is of an updated design, based on a stock-part modification carried out by European high-class AE drivers, that lowers the standard camber link mount by 2mm, resulting in different roll centre settings that can be beneficial especially in high-grip carpet conditions. The brace comes including a set of shims that allows to easily revert to the standard setting and it is available through the brand’s Shapeways store.
3DRC have introduced two new products in the form of the 40mm Fan Booster for 1/10th off-road buggies and a super light slipper nut set for the Team Associated B5 and B6 series of vehicles. Starting with the Fan Booster, the 3-D-printed part accommodates most 40mm fan units and it makes for more efficient motor cooling thanks to channelling the cooling air towards the motor can. The fan mount is of a heatsink design for cooler looks and it works with many of today’s off-road buggies.
3DRC have introduced a new shorter version of their Fan Booster cooling fan mount. Designed for most 30mm fan units, the mount incorporates a shorter air channel that guides the air towards the motor can for improved heat dissipation. The updated shorter design not only allows to mount the unit in more crowded environments, but it also improves cooling efficiency over the standard version at the same time. Coming from 3DRC, the new brand of Revolution Design’s Michael Vollmer, come droop screw bushings for the Awesomatix A700 and A800 touring cars. 3D-printed from strong yet flexible material the special design of the bushings, utilising a cone-shaped collar, prevents any movement in the chassis holes, making for reliable droop setting even when the going gets tough. The bushings are a direct fit on the A700 and A800, they are easy to install without the need for glueing and they come in 12-piece sets that are available through 3DRC’s Shapeway store.
