Bitty Design Wear custom clothing

Italian design and custom company Bitty Design have announced their new venture, Bitty Design Wear. Wear offers a complete professional custom clothing service that will give the ability for all drivers to have that ‘Pro’ look at the track. Featuring high quality, durable, printing on top of quality cotton material, customers can choose from a t-shirt, sweater and jacket and select the company logos and order you wish them to appear as well as other custom options such as name and country.

Bitty Design clothing line

Bitty Design have been in contact to tell us about their brand new clothing line. Made using high quality purple and white serigraph print, the hoody and t-shirt are made from top quality cotton and polyester and of course come in a wide range of sizes from from S to XXL.

Bitty Design 8ight EU Fighter shell

Having shown us their prototype Losi 8ight EU Fighter body shell last month, Bitty Design were in touch to tell us that their new body has been finalised and is now available. The new EU style shell features a fin along the top along with more pronounced channel over the back of the car to improve the downforce in high speed turns. Also thanks to a new air scoop situated along the side of the cockpit, the throttle and brake linkages don’t rub off the inside of the shell when in operation. Developed by Factory Losi driver Riccardo Rabitti, this new body has already won the 2nd round of the Italian Championships.

Bitty Design prototype Losi 8ight shell

Bitty Design were in touch to tell us about their new prototype Losi 8ight body shell. The new EU style shell features a fin along the top along with more pronounced channel over the back of the car to improve the downforce in high speed turns. Also thanks to a new air scoop situated along the side of the cockpit, the throttle and brake linkages don’t rub of the inside of the shell when in operation. The body in the photos is currently only a prototype, with the final version due to receive some final tweaks before it becomes available at the end of April, when it can be purchased from BD directly or through their network of distributors.

Bitty Design team up with Davide Tortorici

Italian company Bitty Design have announced that they have signe 2 time European champion Davide Tortorici for the 2010 racing season. Davide, who recently changed to Hobao, will use the company’s new Fighter shell for the Hyper 9, which following track tests has shown to be faster and more agile in low speed turns, have better direction change and improves air flow to the engine.

BittyDesign 1/8 buggy Fighter bodies

Italian company BittyDesign have been in touch to tell us about their new line up of 1/8th scale buggy body shells. The new range include the Xray 808 low profile, Hot Bodies D8, Hyper 9, AE RC8B and GS CLX and as always they have been developed on the race track with input from team drivers as well as customers. Secondly, BD tell us that their first bodies, released a year ago for the Losi, Mugen and Kyosho have undergone a running change, subtly improved and restyled according to suggestions and feedback from team drivers.

Bittydesign Fighter 1/8th scale bodies

Bittydesign have shown their new range of complete 1/8th scale buggy bodies called Fighter. A new high quality product, made in Italy, and developed in collaboration with top Italian 1/8 buggy drivers they are made from 1mm thick polycarbonate, the bodies have been developed to improve air flow to engine. Available for the Losi 8ight, 8ight 2.0, Mugen MBX6, X-ray 808, Kyosho MP9 and Hot Bodies D8 The bodies are sold complete with windows mask, decals sheet and protection film.

Bittydesign Lipo battery tray

Italian company Bittydesign have introduced a new line of LiPo battery trays, suitable for the use in some of the best 1/10th scale electric touring car chassis’. The entire line has been developed with 2 main targets, to not compromise the original chassis torsion and to keep the central mass as low as possible. Already in production and available for sale in 3 weeks, this is an indispensable product to enable the installation of LiPo batteries on a chassis originally designed to be used with NiMh batteries only.
