ONE aluminium parts tray with tool support

Capricorn have introduced the ONE brand aluminium parts tray with tool support to clean up pit and work spaces. The tray is machined from high-quality aluminium, it features milled-out compartments that can be used to arrange small parts such as wheel nuts, body clips and more, and in addition the tray comes with a water-cut foam that takes a range of tools to have them handy without messing with pit space. The tray comes with a black and golden finish and laser-etched One logos.

Capricorn F1-02 1/10th formula car kit

Coming soon from Capricorn is the F1-02 1/10th formula car kit. The pan car makes use of a new full-carbon fibre front end with different inserts allowing to admits the caster angle in a 3 degrees to 12 degrees range while the wheel camber can be set in a 1 degree to 2.5 degrees range. The servo has found a new in-line mounting position while the LiPo battery can be attached in an in-line of transversal position – depending on the track’s traction conditions. In terms of the suspension the car offers adjustable front downstops thanks to threaded kingpins and a rear weight balance option allows to fine-tune the weight balance. The kit is rounded out by a rear droop adjustment using a dedicated nut on the centre shock and an aluminium lightweight rear axle comes standard in the kit. The already introduced laser-cut precision shims continue to be used for the adjustment of the front roll centre and rear ride height.

Capricorn ONE O.S. engine combustion camber insert

Coming from Capricorn’s ONE brand is a new combustion camber insert for their O.S. based .21 engines. The updated insert features an optimised design with a different plug/piston distance and internal shape for optimised engine performance. Included with the laser-etched and marked insert comes an assortment of head shims.

Capricorn ONE 1/10th & 1/12th foam tyres

Capricorn have introduced their new ONE foam tyre range for 1/10th and 1/12th pan cars. No detailed information has been given yet but it is understood that beside standard pan car tyres also formula and – in the future – also 1/10th touring car variants will become available.

Capricorn C803 short rear driveshafts

Made for the C803 on-road car are Capricorn’s new shorter rear driveshafts. 1.5mm shorter in length than the standard items, the driveshafts allow to run the car with a more narrow rear track width which can be beneficial on tight and technical tracks or even necessary when running large off-set wheels.

Capricorn ONE GT 3.5cc nitro engine

Capricorn have introduced their new XRD-based ONE GT engine that as developed for the International GT class. The power plant features the same crankshaft and crankcase timing as the on-road engine but the cylinder is on a 5-port design and the engine makes use of a 7mm diameter venturi to comply with IFMAR rules. The unit also features a super-lightweight, low profile cooling head while a rear ceramic bearing can be installed upon request.

Capricorn C803 Pro main chassis plate

Capricorn have introduced their new Pro main chassis plate for the C803 1/8th nitro on-road car. Machined from high-quality alloy material the chassis sports an updated design with a stiffer rear section while added front cut-outs make for increased torsional flex in the front which leads to improved overall balance especially when used in combination with the Dynamic Upgrade kit.

Capricorn C803 Dynamic upgrade kit

Capricorn RC have introduced the Dynamic upgrade kit for their 1/8th scale C803 chassis. The set consists in a total of three 2mm graphite plates that serve different purposes. The first plate raises the front bulkhead, bringing it higher from the ground in order to improve the steering response entering the corner and raising the corner speed. The other two plates raise the radio tray, so as to reduce the torsional flex bringing the two elements further from each other.
