JConcepts Truth for Traxxas Slash

The Truth is specifically designed for the Traxxas Slash and represents the latest in trends by offering a completely redesigned off-road truck body. The cab, bed and fenders are all areas of focus on the Truth and without disappointment the new Slash body slides into the front of the pack. In addition, one of the highlights of the styling cues includes extra fender clearance to minimize troublesome tire rubbing issues. Made from clear durable lightweight polycarbonate, with protective overspray film, it is supplied with window masks and detailed decal sheet.

JConcepts signs JR Mitch for 2009

Multi-time US National A main driver and Multi-time Worlds Qualifier JR Mitch has switched to JConcepts for the 2009 racing season. In a statement from the company, JConcepts welcomed JR’s wealth of ability, skill, and knowledge to the team with open arms and they feel that JR will make a great addition to the growing lineup of World level drivers, and will promote their product effectively on and off the track. JR had this to say about the move:

I would like to take this opportunity to announce my departure from Pro-Line. I’ve worked together with Pro-Line promoting and running their products for just over 10 years. It’s a difficult move but I’m looking forward to my new venture with JConcepts. Thank you to Todd, Scott and Jessica for their support over the years. I greatly appreciate all that you have done.

JConcepts Illuzion MBX-6 & X2 shells

JConcepts 5th Anniversary T-shirt

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of JConcepts a newly designed t-shirt has been released. Not your ordinary race t-shirt, this is a 100% 1:1 scale authentic racing t-shirt design. A completely detailed 1/8th nitro buggy on the rear of the shirt signifies JConcepts arrival into the 1/8th buggy class with the pole position taken at the recent IFMAR World Championships. JConcepts Rulux Half-ups standard offset

Large diameter wheels are the craze in 1/8th off-road for blue and black grooved conditions and JConcepts is right on target with Rulux Half-ups truck wheels in standard offset. Half-ups refer to the bead mounting diameter sized at 3.7” for today’s low profile racing tires and these truck wheels make a statement with their large appearance, spoke design and superior inner rib design. Half-ups wheels also incorporate an outer glue catch that resists excess glue from running down the wheel face during the gluing process. Fits 1/8th trucks with 17mm hex and standard offset.
