JConcepts S15 EB48 2.0 body shell

JConcepts have announced the soon release of their S15 body shell for the Tekno EB48 2.0 buggy. The S15 blends performance features from the popular Silencer body with new features such as mid-body winglets and rear stabiliser kick-up. The roof of the body remains strong with the upper fin in position for stability and tracking ability. The area behind the cab remains clean with a deep-rooted position allowing exposure to air and escape. The S15 stance cockpit allows ample inside space, a smoother high-speed windshield transition which tackles even the most high-speed conditions. The hard-edged chamfering provides the classic JConcepts look while also delivering aero benefits and perfect decal positioning. The front and rear body mount area is cleanly designed and allows for a drop-fit on the Tekno EB48 2.0. Included with the body come window masks and a decal sheet.

JConcepts S2 22X-4 buggy body shell

Another new body shell release from JConcepts is the S2 for the TLR 22X-4 4WD buggy. Slammed overall height allows the S2 to whisk through the turns with a low centre of mass while the progressive cab design provides plenty of front-end force for superior balance and steering. A channeled roof directs the flow through the centre of the body while also increasing the rigidity of cockpit. The dual side-window design that has become famous on the JConcepts bodies remains to bring a traditional feel to the layout. The upper side-pods feature distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body for those high-powered runs or hot days at the track. Carved and detailed side-pods edge the body giving the highly aero unit a stylish look with a tight fit and finish. Included with the clear body shell come two S-Type wings as well as window masks and a decal sheet.

JConcepts P2 22 5.0 Elite body shell

Made for the TLR 22 5.0 Elite is JConcepts’ new P2 buggy body shell. The P2 is all about performance with riveting details including raised nose and hood, taller cab and rear-end force features. The side-pods are JC chamfered to provide that legendary look and the secondary window screams JConcepts styling. The cab drops off quickly and runs deep toward the rear giving plenty of drift to the newly added winglets. The tall, rear fin stabiliser acts as a directional vain to keep the buggy tracking in the proper direction while also maintaining a rigid roofline even with light-weight materials. The package includes two Aero S-type wings used by Ryan Maifield to claim the 2017 IFMAR World Championship. The extended rear gurney lip allows for tuning more grip on the loose surfaces while running with the latest generation in off-road.

JConcepts Satellite tyre rubber bands

JConcepts have introduced their Satellite tyre rubber bands in new pink, white and green colours. A uniquely molded design, specifically developed for tyre mounting, the rubber bands are produced in a high-elasticity material capable of stretching to a full assortment of different sized tyres. Finely detailed array of handles are designed to ergonomically conform to your fingers so the user can deftly adjust the rubber band to the sidewall of each tyre to apply the pressure where it is needed. The rubber bands fit 1/10th, SCT and 1/8th buggy tyres and will include four bands per package.

JConcepts Tactic street eliminator wheels in chrome

JConcepts continue to bring the chrome, with the announcement of the new colour variant of their Tactic street eliminator wheels. Previously only available in black, the Tactic wheels are direct replacements and upgrades for the Associated DR10. The heavy spoke design and 1:1 influence impose their will on the competition. The front wheel design extends to the outer edges giving the wheel a larger look while the rear style has a mock bead lock appearance and hefty lug detail. The inner ribbing spreads like the roots of a tree to secure the inner 12mm hub geometry. The front Tactic wheels feature a 2.2” size which match to just about any existing buggy tire on the market while the rear wheel features a beefy, SCT 2.2” x 3.0” size and fit any SCT tire already produced. The wheels fit a vast number of vehicles for anyone looking to undertake a Street Eliminator project and accept a 12mm hex drive. Popular vehicles which use the Tactic wheels include, the Traxxas Slash, Bandit, Rustler as well as the popular line-up of Team Associated short course trucks and the purpose built DR10.

JConcepts Colt 1.9” chrome beadlock wheel

Following up on their all black Colt 1.9” beadlock crawler wheel, JConcepts have released a chrome alternative. The cleverly designed beadlock alternative for 1.9” tyres features 8 triangle spokes that provide a Wagon look which is perfect for vintage builds and trucks that need a raw muscle look of the 1970’s and 80’s. Dipping into the assembly, the Colt wheels assemble from the inside out and include an inner pinch ring which helps lock the two halves together. The outside of the wheel has the 12mm hex already blended into the design while supplying a sturdy wheel offset capable of taming an assortment of terrain. The final look arrives after the completed assembly is secured on the truck and the centre cap is placed into position with included screws. The centre cap covers all wheel nut and fitment territory and leaves the look of the wheel clean and stylised. The wheels are molded in a durable material and they come as pairs.

JConcepts Speed Fangs speed-run tires

New from JConcepts, specifically created for speed-run RC vehicles comes the all new Speed Fangs, a belted, rubber tire option for the fastest crowd in the RC world. These tires will come pre-mounted on JConcepts dedicated speed-run Cheetah wheels, an adjustable 83mm outer diameter wheel that has interchangeable adaptors for 12mm and 17mm hex vehicles. The Speed Fangs come in platinum compound, mounted on either black or white wheels and are suitable for Slash 4×4, Stampede 4×4, Rustler 4×4 and Arrma Infraction / Limitless vehicles.

JConcepts 22X-4 protective chassis sticker

JConcepts have introduced a protective chassis sticker set for the TLR 22X-4 4WD buggy. The pre-cut decal prevents the bottom of the chassis from becoming overly scratched or damaged when running on abrasive surface or on tracks with large jumps. The durable and resilient material fits each chassis like a glove and adds protection and style in one easy package. Each set includes two decal sheets as well as spare front and rear “skid plates” that can be used to replace worn sticker areas.
