KO Propo have released a teaser image of their forthcoming RSx3-12 H.C servo for 1/12th scale pan cars. Sporting a heavily machined aluminium upper case the servo will be very strong and durable while the extensive milling will keep the overall weight down. No information on specifications and features is available yet but we bring you more updates as soon as they surface.

KO Propo have introduced new sets based on the EX-RR competition radio system. First up is the EX-RR BT set including the EX-RR Master unit, EXP-104S LCD expansion, soft spring throttle trigger system, the Expert grip 2 and a large, carbon decal wrapped battery stand. The set also includes a KR-415FHD standard length antenna receiver, a 1550mAh LiFe transmitter battery and the BX-31LF USB charger. The same set is also available with a short antenna KR-415FHD receiver with both sets also coming with the HCS/Norm switch.
Black Fabrica have introduced a carbon pattern wrap for the KO Propo EX-II and Kyosho Syncro EX-6 transmitters. Precision-cut from high-quality vinyl material and available in either textured or high-gloss finish, the stickers are easy to apply yet very durable while making for a special and unique finish. The set includes decals for the main unit, the steering wheel assembly and the pistol grip.
Coming from Black Fabrica and made for the optional components of KO Propo’s EX-1, EX-II and EX-RR radios are several pre-cut vinyl carbon pattern wraps. Available for the drop down extension, 3D extension, steering unit and battery stand, all parts are cut from high-quality carbon pattern vinyl that makes for easy application and high durability. The sets are available in high-gloss or textured matte finish.
UK KO Propo distributors Schumacher have introduced the new RSx3 1/12th scale servos. Available in three different variants they replace the RSx 12 and utilise a high-power core-less motor for reliability as well as hardened aluminium gears for durability. The RSx3-12 line servos all pull up to 7.5kg-cm of torque at a speed of 0.13s, they are HCS compatible, feature black receiver leads, gold-plated connectors and hard gear shafts with the three different version only differing by the pre-set firmware. The RSx3-12 comes set with a universal program ideal for 1/12th, GT and Formula racing while the RSx3-12 World Spec Version is programmed with the 2014 IFMAR Worlds winning mode which is slightly milder. Last but not least comes the GT12-specific RSx3-12 GT Version servo set to GT500, World GT and Formula rubber racing specifications.
Japanese company KO Propo have introduced the RSx3 line of standard size high-performance servos. The range includes the RSx3 Response HC (0.06s/17.6kg-cm) and RSx3 Power HC (0.11x/31.6kg-cm) with aluminium upper cases as well as the RSx3 Response (0.06s/17.6kg-cm) and RSx3 Power (0.11s/31.6kg-cm) with composite upper cases. All four feature aluminium middle sections with laser-etched graphics, they are high-voltage compatible, allowing to use them with up to 7.4V input, they are equipped with hard-anodised aluminium gears, coreless motors, gold-plated connectors and black servo leads. On top of this the RSx3 line makes use of KO Propo’s new Highspeed Communication System HCS, in combination wit HCS-compatible receivers, for a more linear steering feeling and they are programmable using the company’s ICS Servo Manager software in order to fine-tune the servo’s behaviour for different classes or track conditions.

Following a first teaser image KO Propo have now revealed all details of the forthcoming EX-RR 2.4GHz 4-channel radio system. Building on the intermediate-level EX-2 the transmitter features a redesigned throttle unit to improve vehicle control by offering a new, shorter trigger design that still maintains a comfortable feel. The new compact appearance results in faster and more precise throttle and brake control. On top of this the spring tension is widely adjustable to adapt the stiffness to personal preferences.
KO Propo have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming EX-RR 2.4GHz radio system. The radio seems to be based off of the intermediate-level EX-2 with whom it obviously shares its case but the lowered steering extension and aluminium steering wheel clearly target the high-end market. It is no secret that many Japanese KO Propo team drivers have chosen the EX-2 over the high-class EX-1 in the past few month so it looks as if KO Propo soon have a new top-of-the-foodchain radio available to complement their ageing EX-1 KIY.
