Coming from Mugen and made for their MTX7 1/10th 200mm nitro touring car is an updated carbon fibre radio plate. The machined carbon fibre part offers a different shape in the front T2157A upper arm bracket area and it will hit stores by the end of January.

T-Works have introduced new Precision ball bearing sets for a range of 1/8th off-road kits. Utilising rubber and metal-shielded high-quality ball races the sets will reduce the natural drivetrain drag due to the metal inner shielding while the outer orange rubber seal offers exceptional protection against dust, dirt and moisture. The sets are available for the Team Associated RC8B3.1, Mugen MBX8/MBX8T and MBX8 Eco, the Kyosho MP10/MP10T/MP9 TKI4/TKI3 as well as the MP9E. The range is rounded out by a set dedicated to the SWorkz S35-3.

Coming from T-Works and made for the Mugen MTX7 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road kit are several new option parts. First up is a titanium turnbuckle set machined from high-quality 64 grade titanium. The 7-piece kit includes all camber, toe and servo link turnbuckles as well as a suitable wrench for the smaller links. Also new is a 32-piece precision ball bearing set that includes metal and rubber shielded ball races that ensure great protection against dirt thanks to the outer rubber seals while the inner metal shields ensure low natural drag. The range is rounded out by 128-piece titanium and 162-piece gold-colour steel screw sets.
Coming from MSE Performance Parts and made for their Mugen MTC1 FWD conversion kit is the DTC aluminium main chassis plate. Machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and coming black anodised for wear and looks the chassis will allow for improved car performance in high-bite track conditions. With the reduced overall torsional flex the car will be easier to drive while also allowing for increased cornering speeds. The chassis is made in Germany, a direct fit and available from now on.

Available now from Answer-RC are carbon fibre side guards for the majority of the current 1/8th buggies. Strong, good looking and about 50 percent lighter than the kit items typically, the hand-laid, CNC-machined and Kevlar-reinforced side guards are available for the Agama A319, HB Racing D817 and D819, Kyosho MP10, Mugen MBX8, SWorkz S35-3 and Team Associated RC8B3.1. The side guard sets include all the bits and pieces needed for installation.

Aigoin Racing from France have announced the release of new option parts for a range of 1/8th off-road vehicles. First up are front upper arm wings for the Team Associated RC8B3.1 and the Mugen MBX8. Moulded from high-quality carbon fibre the wings help to fine-tune the aerodynamics, as they improve front downforce during high speed cornering and while jumping. Included in each set come plastic mounting brackets and hardware for secure fastening of the wings.
IGT8 have introduced their new drag assisted one way kit for 1/8th scale on-road cars. The system works with silicone oil to increase the internal friction that slows down the motion of the front wheels when being off throttle. This effect will improve braking, steering at corner entry and it will also help with more consistency and faster lap times. Tested extensively by the IGT8 team, the DAO was officially debuted last weekend at the 2019 US Nitro Cup with great results as Paolo Morganti took the TQ in the 1/8 class and Rafael Angulo finished 3rd while Ricardo Garri won the Master class. The system is available for ARC, Capricorn, Infinity, Mugen, Xray and Shepherd cars with a variant for Serpent kits coming soon.
