Picco Monza GT Evo 5-port GT engine

Coming from Picco and designed for the popular 1/8th scale nitro GT classes is the Monza GT Evo 3.5cc engine. Featuring a 5-port multi-exhaust port design, the long-stroke engine was developed to produce improve power output throughout the whole RPM band with the DLC-coated crankshaft and rear ceramic bearing making for exceptional durability and smooth running characteristics. The engine utilises a new die-cast aluminium double bottom-end adjustment carburettor that allows for easy fitting of INS boxes. The engines includes a 7mm venturi insert and a P7TC glow-plug and it is also available in a standard variant with a standard crankshaft and steel rear bearing.

Picco Monza Evo 3.5cc on-road engine

Following a first teaser image Picco from Italy have finally unveiled their all-new Monza Evo 3.5cc nitro on-road engine. Developed over the last year, the new version features a new 7-port liner with updated timing and exhaust boost ports to increase overall power. Characterised by a long stroke design to deliver better power throughout the entire RPM range, the engine also sports an all-new die-cast aluminium double bottom-end adjustment carburettor for finer tuning and a better mixture flow. The DLC-coated crankshaft prevents oxidation and any wear of the crank pin, it features improved transfers and it is fitted into a rear ceramic ball bearing. The rear back plate, now also die-casted, has been re-designed also to offer better mixture flow. The engine comes including a 8.5mm venturi insert and a P7TC glow-plug.

Picco tease new nitro engine

Picco have released a first teaser image for of their forthcoming new nitro engine. The overall appearance of the engine indicates that it is very likely of .21 size, however it is hard to tell whether it is an off-road or on-road power plant with the size of the cooling head leaves us guessing towards a new on-road motor. Nevertheless, we will be bringing you more details as they surface.

Picco P3X 3.5cc nitro off-road engine

Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco P3X 3.5cc 3-port nitro off-road engine. An update to the popular Blast, the P3X features a new vacuum injected crankcase for durability, and a lightened high-quality silicone-filled and balanced crankshaft whose super strong material does not need additional DLC coating. Also new are a CNC-machine backplate with extra scoop for additional performance while a Japan-made blue seal front and high-quality ceramic main bearing ensure smooth operation in all RPM ranges.

Picco introduce G-Line tools

Picco from Italy, known for their successful nitro engines, have introduced their all-new G-Line tools. The range starts an 8-piece tool set that includes 1.5mm to 5.0mm hex drovers, 2.0mm and 2.5mm ball-type hex wrenches as well as a flat tip screw driver. Also available is a flat tip engine screw driver and the range is topped off by a clutch setting tool that allows for quick and easy shift point adjustment of Infinity and ARC on-road clutches.

Picco Rebel XL off-road pullstart engine

Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco Rebel XL off-road pullstart engine for 1/8th buggies and trucks. The upsized, non-race-legal engine is of a 3-ports design for maximum performance and a smooth power delivery with extra vertical ports making for additional oomph as it is needed for heavy monster trucks and all-purpose bashing. Utilising new 2019/20 materials and machining the European-made power plant offers super long life and durability and it is available now.

Picco EFRA 2099 Performance off-road exhaust

Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco EFRA 2099 Performance off-road exhaust. Designed for the use with the new Blast engines, the exhaust system utilises an updated and reshaped long-type manifold with the whole setup ensuring a more linear power curve over the whole RPM band. While being designed for the Picco Blast engine, the exhaust also fits Novarossi and O.S. based power plants.

Picco .21 Buggy Blast Race Ceramic engine

Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco .21 Buggy Blast Race Ceramic nitro off-road engine. The 3.5cc power plant builds on the Blast Team edition engine, however is comes with a standard non-DLC crankshaft but a new generation vacuum injection-moulded crankcase for greatly improved stability of the engine. Other features include a new piston and sleeve whose new manufacturing process and materials ensure better wear resistance and consistency.
