KM H-K1 Evo II chassis & side battery conversion

KM Racing have released new H-K1 Evo II upgrade parts, including a 3mm 7075-T6 Main Chassis (Short Version) and a side battery conversion set. The new chassis is a new design 3mm version which gives more roll in the corner and is more stable in a straight line. The conversion set includes the new chassis as well as the front swing carbon upper deck, which is suitable to use with side battery & waist twister system, with lock & unlock function. A 1300mAh LiFe side receiver battery is also included in the set and all new parts are a direct fit onto the current H-K1 kit (short version). The side battery conversion set will make the car completely balanced left & right and helps improve overall handling.

Xtreme MBX-6R hybrid CF shock tower

Xtreme Racing have released this Mugen MBX-6R hybrid carbon fibre shock tower. It replaces the stock metal towers and has extra shock mounting holes for increased tuning possibilities. Made from 4mm carbon, it has both buggy and truggy shock mounting holes.

Speedzone low profile bullet connectors

Speedzone have released their own line of low profile silver plated 4mm male bullet connectors. The silver plating provides these connectors with the lowest resistance and allows maximum current flow from the battery. Available in 12mm and 14mm lengths, 12mm being ideal for 1S packs. Sold as a pair.

EcoPower Electron multi-chemistry chargers

A Main Hobbies introduce the EcoPower Electron 65 AC and 65 Quad multi-chemistry chargers for LiPo, LiFe and NiMH battery packs. Starting with the 65 AC, the charger works with 11 to 18VDC or 110 to 240VAC and delivers up to 5.0A of charging current. Featuring an on-board balancer, normal, fast and storage charge modes the charger handles up to 6S LiXX and 15 cell NiMH packs. Included with the charger come various charging harnesses and a 6S XH-style balancer board.

C.Andy’s C1 sanding adapter

C.Andy’s introduce their C1 sanding adapter designed for the use with 1/12 scale on-road tyres. The special design incorporated three bolts that hold the rim in place during the tyre truing process and prevent a deformation of the rim as often found on systems that only use a central nut to hold the wheel in place. This results in a perfectly trued tyre and a maximised contact patch right from the start. The adapter is available in two versions for Mobgum and CRC pre-glued tyres.

Capricorn 1/8 ‘reverse’ on road clutch

Capricorn have released their new 1/8 ‘reverse’ on road clutch. After various tests by Capricorn drivers, this new configuration that follows the current trend which sees a flat flywheel and tapered clutch shoe plate makes the clutch more progressive with good initial engagement. The weight of the flywheel is only 5.3grams which saves engine power and Capricorn has also decided to reduce the prices of all its 1/8 and 1/10 clutches.
