Radtech have introduced a -4mm differential hub set for 1/12th scale pan cars. Machined from high-quality aluminium and coming in blue or black colour the set includes a left and a right wheel hub who allow the use of wide offset wheels as the hubs reduce the track width by a total of 4mm. The set fits Team Associated’s 1/12th cars as well as all cars with a similar rear axle design.
Coming from Radtec and made for the Xray T4 line of touring cars are aluminium differential outdrives. Machined from high-quality 7075 material and finished with a hard-coated surface the cups reduce the drivetrain’s rotating mass for improved acceleration and braking while offering low wear characteristics at the same time.
Coming from Radtec is a narrow 4mm turnbuckle wrench. Machined from spring steel and sporting laser-etched markings for easy identification the wrench comes in handy especially when adjusting the camber links on pan cars as the narrow design does not interfere with the ball cups and inner camber arms.
Coming from Radtec and made for the Xray T4’15 touring car is the aluminium steering arm and floating steering system. Included are a high-grade graphite servo top plate, ball-raced 7075 aluminium steering arms as well as a set of steering posts. The steering arm’s design allows for maximum steering throw for improved cornering and they can be mounted both on the chassis or on the upper servo plate to obtain different flex and steering characteristic settings.
Radtec have new aluminium option parts for the Xray X1 formula car available. First up are hard-coated aluminium turnbuckles. The 3-piece set includes the outer steering links and also the servo turnbuckle and it comes in a brown hard-anodised finish.
Radtec have introduced two new arm reamer tools for the use with a range of vehicles. Made from high-quality steel material and coming titanium-coated for durability the tools are made to slightly widen the suspension pin holes of lower A-arms in order to make for binding-free operation. The tools are available in a 2.01mm and 3.01mm variant and they sport lightweight CNC-machined aluminium handles with a diamond pattern surface for convenient usage.
New from Radtec and made for Xray’s T4 line of touring cars are aluminium bearing hubs. Made from 7075-T6 material and coming orange anodised the alloy parts are designed to replace the standard composite parts and they can improve the efficiency of the drivetrain as well as lower the operation temperature of the gear differential as the metal parts allow for heat dissipation through the alloy bulkheads. The hubs come in 2-piece sets.
Coming this April is Radtec’s aluminium main chassis plate for the Tamiya TRF419 touring car. Cut from 7075 material and sporting a black anodised finish with silver chamfered edges the chassis is a replacement for the standard carbon fibre part and made for the use on high-bite surfaces.
