RC Maker SP-1 Narrow Front Arm | Stiffer Rear Topdeck

Their successful business was built off option parts for cars from various brands and now Australian company RC Maker has released some option parts for its own SP-1 Electric Touring Car.  Manufactured from 3mm Carbon Fibre, the -0.75 Narrow Front Suspension Arms reduce the front track width by 1.5mm overall.  This increases the initial steering of the car making it more aggressive on turn in.  This is mostly good for low to medium traction tracks as it helps the car get into the corner quicker and also respond faster through chicanes.  These narrow arms could increase the chance of traction rolling in high traction conditions and will make the car a bit more difficult to drive as a result of the extra initial response.  Manufactured from 2.2mm Carbon Fibre, a new Stiffer Rear Topdeck stiffens the bulkheads and flex at the rear of the car.  This results in the car being more stable on power out of corners, with slightly less rotation and more stability on slower corners as well.

RC Maker SP-1F 33g Front Bumper Weight

New from RC Maker as part of a series of new option parts for its SP-1F 1:10 FWD Electric Touring Car is this brass weight that adds an additional 33-grams to the front bumper weight.  It can be used together with the round weights that go inside the bumper to add a total of 113-grams to the bumper.  Two of these weights can also be stacked on top of each other for a total of 66-grams.  If stacking, RC Maker suggest using some thin double sided tape to hold the two weights together.  Made from brass the weight is completed with a black coating finish.

RC Maker Ultra Lite Horizontal Rear Post Body Mounts

While busy with the release of their first ever Electric Touring Car kit, the SP1, RC Maker’s development of aftermarket parts hasn’t stopped with the release of these Ultra Lite Horizontal Rear Post Body Mounts.  After the popularity of their Pro Horizontal Rear Post Body Mounts, the Australian company set out to make the product even better.  Thanks to the feedback from racers, they knew they could reduce the weight even further and maintain sufficient strength. With the Ultra Lite mounts they managed to reduce the weight of the entire set by a massive 50%.  The new Ultra Lite version comes in at only 1.7g per assembly.  To put that into perspective, thats even lighter than using a vertical body post.  In addition to the mounts you must also buy the HRP ULTRA LITE Carbon Extensions with RC Maker also releasing new Ultra Lite 7075 Black Anodised Wing Buttons for 1:10 Touring Car bodies.
