RC-Mission have introduced a 3-D-printed antenna tube holder for the Sanwa RX-491 receiver. The bracket is attached to the receiver case using double sided tape and it acts as a simple antenna tube mount that will make wiring more accurate while also improving signal reception. The mount comes in white colour but it is understood that the material is easy to dye if needed.
Coming from RC Mission and made for the Xray T4 series of electric touring cars are the rear hub upper blocks, clever alloy caps that prevent the ball studs from breaking the hub in the event of a crash. The caps are machined from aluminium and they fit on top of the rear hubs, reinforcing the whole assembly and ensuring less stress on the single ball stud mounting position as the spare hole is filled with a grub screw. The caps can be flipped to use either the inner or outer ball stud mounting position and they are available as 2mm or 4mm variant, the latter resembling a setup with additional ball stud spacers.
RC-Mission have introduced their new bulkhead alignment tool for the Xray T4 touring car and similar kits with 19mm bulkhead spacing. The alloy jig will be inserted between the left and right bulkhead with the included steel shafts further adding support to the assembly. With the block and pins in place the owner can now loosen and retighten both the lower bulkhead mounting screws and also the upper bulkhead and shock tower fasteners for perfect alignment of all parts involved. When all parts are straightened up, the pins and block will be removed, the diff or spool installed and the bulkhead covers attached. The tool is usable for all T4 platforms.
RC-Mission have introduced new 10-piece sets of orange anodised button head aluminium screws. Made from high-quality material and coming with a bright orange surface coating the fasteners are available in 3x5mm, 3x6mm and 3x8mm dimensions, covering some of the most-used screw sizes. As usual with aluminium fasteners these screws are best used in lower-stress areas and they are available very soon.
RC-Mission have released a first preview image of their forthcoming 43mm aluminium driveshaft dogbone for the TRF419X touring car. Machined from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminium and coming with a hard-coated surface the dogbones are meant to offer exceptional durability and they are a direct replacement for the stock parts. Coming soon are also suitable hard-coated 7075 rear axle shafts for the TRF419X for an ever lighter drivetrain.
RC-Mission have introduced new aluminium rear driveshaft dogbones for the Xray T4 and Yokomo BD7. Machined from high-quality material and coming with a hard-anodised surface the dogbones reduce the drivetrain’s rotational mass, resulting in quicker spool-up and improved braking. Both the 50mm Xray and 44mm Yokomo dogbones are a direct fit and they come in sets of two.
Coming from RC-Mission are new optional parts for Xray’s T4 and Yokomo’s BD7 platform. First up are aluminium centre belt pulleys for the T4. Cut from high-quality aluminium the parts improve durability and also drivetrain efficiency while also being light of weight. The parts sport a silver and black anodised surface and they are a direct replacement.
RC-Mission have introduced an aluminium wheel axle sleeve for their alloy rear axle shaft. Machined from lightweight aluminium the protective bushing prevents the driveshaft from loosing its crosspin in case the securing grub screw fails for whatever reason. The sleeve is a direct fit on RC-Mission’s BD7 and T4 rear alloy wheel shaft and it comes in sets of two.
