Ruddog Distribution’s Glitch Buster receiver voltage stabiliser is a small capacitor unit that is made to be plugged into any free receiver channel. It stabilises the receiver battery voltage and prevents voltage drops that can occur when using power-hungry digital servos and that can lead to radio glitches and thus an uncontrolled vehicle behaviour. It is usable with electric and nitro vehicles and especially recommended when using standard voltage receiver batteries and BEC systems.
Ruddog have introduced their new 21-compartment hardware box. Offering seven removable internal boxes with three compartments each, the box is ideal for store and transport small parts such as bolts, nuts and shims and also smaller spare and optional parts. The coloured dividers help with quick and easy parts identification and after removing the inner compartments the box is also good for the use with larger parts.
New from Ruddog come a total of three motor and speed controller fan units. The 30mm high airflow fan comes with a pre-wired 240mm all-black receiver cable while the larger 40mm units come either pre-wired with a 240mm all-black cable or as DIY variant with solder tabs and a separate 180mm wire. The latter allows to reduce the wire length by your own or to change the wire in case it got damaged over time. All fans utilise universal connectors and they are available now.
Ruddog Distribution have introduced a new all-black 60mm wire for the recently introduced RP120 brushless speed controller. The all-black appearance helps to create a stealthy “factory” look many drivers are after while the shorter-than-standard 60mm specification makes wiring a more tidy affair especially in touring cars and buggies. The wire comes with a universal receiver-side plug, it fits the Ruddog RP120 ESC and also select other brand speed controllers.
Ruddog Distribution have introduced their all-new RP120 sensored brushless speed controller for 1/10th scale applications. Rated at 120A and sporting an aluminium case the ESC is designed with both on-road and off-road racing in mind. The integrated heavy-duty switch minimises wiring and several timing and turbo functions, programmable using an optional programming box, give extra performance for boosted racing classes. The controller comes including a replaceable receiver wire, capacitor board and all-black power wires.
New from Ruddog come universal tyre glueing bands. The well-thought-out length allows to use these bands both on 1/10th and 1/8th tyres with the increased width of 25mm not only applying force on the carcass but also the whole tread. This ensures proper tyre fitment on the rim and thus a precise and reliable glueing job. The red-colour bands come Ruddog-branded and in packs of four.
German company Ruddog have introduced their all-new RP690 1/8th scale sensored brushless motor. Developed in close cooperation with the company’s 1/8th scale racing team the motors offers high-class performance thanks to high-quality materials that greatly improve heat dissipation and overall performance. The motor is available as 1800KV, 2000KV and 2200KV variant for all driving styles and track conditions.
Ruddog have introduced their new aluminium clamping servo arms. Made from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium the arms are of a clamping design meaning they will stay in place even when the actual servo arm screw is coming loose, while their high rigidity will make for improved steering precision compared to standard composite arms. The arms are available in a 10.8mm and standard offset variant, they sport 16mm and 20mm ball stud mounting positions, and are usable with all 25T spline servos while coming in the three different colours of red, blue and black.
